About the Role

As a member of the Specialised Transaction Management (“STM”) team in Singapore, you will be responsible for manage and monitor a portfolio of complex Corporate Finance international transactions that covers Project Finance, Structured Export Finance, Structured Asset Finance and Acquisition Finance.

What will your day look like?

As an Associate Director, Specialised Transaction Management, your key responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• Effective management and monitoring of a portfolio of complex Corporate Finance Intl transactions that covers Project Finance, Structured Export Finance, Structured Asset Finance and Acquisition Finance.
• Support the delivery and execution of the Corporate Finance International strategy.
• Support broader portfolio management activities, including audits, controls testing, portfolio and regulatory reporting together with specific sector/industry reviews.

• Support development of key client relationships with RM partners.

Our deal advisory team provides holistic client solutions for buying, selling, partnering, funding and fixing. The Role

Our Ideal Candidate

• 8+ years experience in the financial services space in data risk
• Prior experience in transaction banking would be preferred
• Strong project management experience will be required for this role
• Degree level education or equivalent
• Industry related qualification in the role
