• Provide support to the Operations team
• Assist Operations team with fact checks and resolving discrepancies
• Contribute to team and organization’s special projects
• Brainstorm ideas for business development.
• Perform any other reasonable duties as assigned

Warehouse’s Data Entry - Singaporean

Salary: 1800-2200 SGD/month

Job Type: Full Time Job

Period: Immediate Start

main responsibilities:

• Communication with customers for stock arrangement
• Response to customer’s email
• Key in receive orders / issue out going orders / issue delivery orders and stock control.
• Daily process stock sheet to customer
• Arrange / coordinate closely with customer within house warehouse .
• Ensure that all jobs are monitored / timely updated in system / Billing .
• double check goods accuracy with warehouse before release goods to customer
• Any other ad hoc duties assigned.

• Qualification: Secondary School / O or N Level / NITEC
• 0-1 years of experience working warehousing or logistics companies will be preferred.
• Proficiency in MS office
• Effective verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to learn fast and pays attention to details.

Job Descriptions:

• Able to work in warehouse to understand operational requirements in terms of prioritizing jobs / orders, safety, and usage of Warehouse Management System (WMS) to process orders.
• Able to prepare workflow, perform cycle counts and audits.
• Support manager in achieving 100% stock accuracy through work improvement.
• Support manager in keeping warehouse clean, R&M repair and reports.
• Ensure compliance of warehouse standard operating procedures and safety guidelines.
• Liaise with Customer Service staff to ensure timely completion of inbound and outbound jobs.
• Perform other related warehousing duties or ad-hoc job assigned by Superior / Manager.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum qualification in GCE O` level/NITEC/Diploma with core study in Supply Chain Management will have an added advantage.
• Well verse in Microsoft Words, Excel, PowerPoint and other Software Tools.
• No prior working experience is required.
• Responsible and able to work in fast-paced environment with proactiveness and positive mindset.
• Willing to learn new tasks and have passion in leading the team in changes.
