· Comfortable to assist in pushing of rolling carts that weighs 300kg.

· Perform inspection of lenses under increased lighting and magnification.

General

1. Reporting to the Head Supply Chain of the Company.
2. Identify with and practice at work the company’ core values of safety, integrity, conservation, ownership, ethics and professionalism.
3. Collate, and organise timely and accurate logistics reports of the company and its subsidiaries to the directors and management as required.
4. Actively communicate communiques, policies, and directives etc as set out by the company to other staff, agents under employment by, or in any form of affiliation / alliance with the company or its subsidiaries.

Operational Administration

1. Maintain and Responsible for inventory accuracy.
2. Maintain records of goods received and update unsatisfactory goods.
3. Provide admin Support on land delivery & collection activities
4. Provide admin Support for all shipping activities and documentation.
5. Manage the disposal and recycling of all process generated waste and scrap
6. Perform loading & unloading of goods from containers and trucks when required.
7. Perform regular stock takes and address non-conformances
8. Plan and schedule driver for collection or loading operation
9. Prepare and maintain records of goods during loading & unloading.
10. Prepare and manage the logistics system to optimize time management.
11. Put-away to pallet locations, shelf locations and cantilever racking
12. Responsible for 5s housekeeping rules
13. Enforce the operational and safety policies in the workforce on site in the facility.
14. Other duties as assigned.
