Responsibilities:

1. Manage clients/leads provided by the company, eliminating the need for cold calling.
2. Understand clients' needs and design requirements, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of their vision.
3. Conceptualize design proposals together with the Design team. Creating proposal that are both aesthetically pleasing and functional, and pitch them to potential clients.
4. Plan and execute projects with the Project Management team, ensuring client satisfaction and project success.

Job Description & Requirements

*Conceptualize and develop design of the company's POPs

*Manage company website design and timely updates of relevant contents, changes and design new pages

*Design product POPs, banners, etc.

*Develop graphics for website

*Updates company profile and video ads

*Liaise and negotiate with suppliers for papers and other printing materials

*Management of printing materials

*Overseas printing procedures to ensure colour accuracy and image quality are met

*Ensure that all branches required POP delivery timelines are met

*Perform other duties as required by superiors

*Supports our local sales staffs on the designs and creation of newspaper advertisements, product brochures, magazines and Point of Sales Materials.

*Passionate about our products, has well understood their functions and features, deeply involved with our promotion campaigns at the retail front.

*Consistently create effective design artworks for the retailers.

*Working Hours Monday to Friday (8.30am to 7pm) Saturday (8.30am to 4pm)

· Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and requirements.

· Create detailed 3D models and renderings for presentations.

· Stay updated with the latest design trends and software update.

· Ensure all designs meet brand guidelines and project specifications.

· Responsible for all graphic visuals, designs, and concepts.

· Required to work closely with the operations team to conceptualize ideas and submit proposals in a timely manner.

· Must play an active role in providing creative ideas.

· Must participate actively in brainstorming sessions and processes.

· Participate in meetings as required for specific projects.

· Follow through on projects from beginning to end ensuring the highest quality standards.

Requirements and skills

· Diploma or Degree in Interior Design or equivalent.

· At least 3 years of experience in event, interior design, or exhibition industries.

· Proficient in Studio Max, Photoshop CS3, Adobe Illustrator, and AutoCAD.

· Strong portfolio showcasing previous 3D design work.

· Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.

· Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.

· Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to handle multiple projects undertight deadlines.

Qualifications

· Diploma/ Degree in appropriate field of study and equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

• Working within an analog/mixed-signal design team based in Singapore, and collaborating with engineers in other locations.
• The successful candidate will work closely with the analog/mixed-signal design engineers to ensure proper layout design.
• Leading medium and high complexity ICs floor planning and top routing of all signals.
• Using recommended layout and verification techniques, tools & flows to produce optimal designs.
• Interacting with the packaging team to generate a clean bonding diagram that complies with assembly rules.

Requirements

• Technical high school diploma or Bachelor's degree in electronic engineering and 5+ years’ experience as a physical layout engineer.
• Familiarity with semiconductor device physics. Understanding of matched structures like current mirrors, input pairs, etc.
• Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
• Ability to work within and effectively collaborate with a cross-functional team.
• Scripting/programming skills.
• Languages required, both spoken and written: English.
