Job Description:

• Responsible for product design and user experience optimization for the AI accounting assistant, defining core functionalities and user workflows to ensure ease of use.
• Design basic UI prototypes and participate in user testing and feedback collection, driving continuous product improvement.
• Work closely with AI and backend engineers to coordinate project development progress, ensuring timely product launch.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher, with a preference for majors in computer science, design, product management, or related fields.
• At least 2 years of experience in product management or UI/UX design; experience in mobile product development is preferred.
• Familiar with writing product requirement documents (PRDs) and basic prototyping skills (such as Figma, Sketch).
• Strong user needs insight, able to quickly identify user needs and translate them into product features.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills; experience in financial or AI products is a plus.

Job Responsibilities

• Work with the senior management team to manage and liaise with the design team/ consultants/ Business Units to ensure high-quality design for themed environments and works.
• Generate creative solutions for design tasks and ensure creative intent is met with functional requirements, constructability, and maintainability.
• Ensure all technical aspects of the project are strictly compliant with and in conformity with the design brief, conditions of contract, general and particular specifications, contract drawings bills of quantities, etc.
• Review project schedule, quality and cost deliverables, cost control, planning, and forecasting.
• Regular updating and reporting of project performance and progress.
• Value engineering and management.
• Feasibility studies and cost-benefit analysis.
• Risk analysis evaluations and mitigation plan.
• Collate and compile the requirement on required scopes (eg. interior finishes, lighting, signage, material specs, etc).
• Research and review examples of relevant design themes, historical or natural examples of specific design concepts for benchmarking and evaluation.
• Understand the integration of themed environment with Audiovisual, multi-media, and lighting for show elements.

Job Requirements

• Degree in Architecture/ Interior Design/ Industrial Design or equivalent
• 15-20 years’ experience in managing projects and/or design consultancy
• Experienced in design works for themed fit-out and environment, including the understanding of construction detailing and maintenance
• Experienced in themed construction materials and fire safety compliance
• Experience in galleries, museums, and attractions is an added advantage
• Autocad/ BIM/ Revit/ Sketchup/ Rhino conversant
• Ability to hand sketch and able to convey concepts and 3D ideas
