Key Responsibilities:

• Work on layouts and artwork pages for social media and the Company website
• Work with the marketing team to produce daily social media videos
• To conceptualize creative ideas, design, and layout in support of all marketing activities (eg. Advertising, events, promotional activities, e-newsletters, presentation decks, mood boards, web/mobile sites, EDMs, brochures etc)
• Develop interactive design
• Regularly gather feedback from team members and implement visual improvements to help facilitate their work (eg. Update templates regularly with submitted suggestions and incorporate new features)

Requirements:

• Able to commit at least 6 months of internship
• Flexi work arrangement, Official working hours: 9.00am to 6.00pm
• Have intermediate experience in creating Instagram and Tiktok video content, website banners, and newsletters.
• Design skills in Canva Pro, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Capcut or relevant video editing apps
• Flair in creativity and able to lead design projects.
• Experience in creating infographics and data visualizations
• Fast learner and hands-on executer with a positive attitude
• Knowledge of photography and videography will be an advantage

About the Job

We are looking for a creative and talented designer to join our small but growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and creating new product designs for the brand. You will work closely within the team to ensure that each product's functional and design aesthetic aligns with the brand mission, and meet market/customer demands.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for product design development cycle - from conceptualisation to product launch.
• Research, review and analyze sale data, market trends and customer preferences; and translate them into actionable insights and thoughtful approaches to improve existing designs or when creating new styles.
• Create mood boards, sketches, technical packs, and prototypes to bring your design to life.
• Select fabrics, trims and embellishments that are suitable for each garment.
• Oversee and manage the prototyping and production process to ensure that garments are made to specifications and within targeted timelines.
• Work within the team to create marketing materials and branding for the brand.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Degree/Diploma in Fashion Design, Apparel Design or related field
• Strong understanding of fashion trends, textiles, and garment construction
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and other design software
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin
