Responsibilities

• Conceptualise and design all advertising & marketing materials such as Newsletters, Press Ads & all Digital Platforms Post/Banners.
• Good communication skills to liaise with internal/external stakeholders
• Attention to details and review on the copy of the content & layout
• Meeting deadlines and execute all comms on time

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Diploma in Graphic Design Communication or equivalent
• Working experience in graphic design, preferably in a retail/fashion environment
• Proficient in Adobe Indesign, Photoshop, Illustrator
• Multimedia design or video editing knowledge is a plus
• Meticulous with an eye for details to review copy of content and layout
• Ability to multi-task in a deadline-driven environment.
• Possess strong communication skills

Responsibilities:

· Capture, process and edit images and videos including lifestyle, food, drinks and venues across 1-Group

· Source props, style and conceptualize photoshoots

· Create visually appealing and on-brand designs for various marketing campaigns and materials, including menus, promotional materials, packaging, banners, EDMs, Logos, promotional KV’s & adaptations.

· Develop and execute creative concepts that effectively communicate the brand's values and offerings to our target audience.

· Collaborate with the marketing team to understand project requirements and translate them into compelling visual designs or photos

· Manage and organize design assets, including photographs, illustrations, and other visual elements, to ensure easy access and retrieval for future use.

· Maintain brand consistency and adhere to brand guidelines across all design projects and marketing campaigns.

· Assist in the creation and maintenance of digital assets, including website graphics and layouts, to enhance the online presence and user experience.

· Stay updated with industry trends and incorporate innovative design and photography techniques to keep our brand visually appealing and competitive.

Requirements:

· Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.

· Prior experience in Graphic Design or Photography in the food and beverage industry or a related field is an advantage

· Proficiency in industry-standard design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).

· Knowledge in photography and videography techniques

· Strong understanding of design principles, typography, colour theory, and layout techniques.

· Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.

· A keen eye for detail and a passion for creating visually appealing and engaging designs.

· Able to work independently with strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

· A portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design and photography projects, including print and digital materials, with a focus on lifestyle, food and beverage.

Job Description

We're looking for a talented graphic designer with a creative mind and keen eye for details who can create visual representations, in both print and electronic media. Collaborating with multiple teams across the company, the graphic designer should be able to take written or spoken ideas and convert them into a design that is on brand. The successful candidate should have a good understanding of branding and marketing, and be able to find the right style and layout for every project.

Objectives of this role

• Obtain input from managers to ensure that designs meet organizational standards and brand expectations, express ideas accurately, and represent the company or client appropriately
• Work independently as well as cooperatively with departments to meet deadlines
• Update and maintain internal databases for design collaterals.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate, brainstorm, and strategize with multiple teams or clients on a wide range of materials that may include web pages, presentations, programming collateral, signage, internal communications, newsletters, and marketing materials
• Translate strategic direction into high-quality design within an established brand identity

Preferred skills and qualifications
