Roles & Responsibilities
• Provide enhancement implementation and support in the analysis, design, development, maintenance on SAP modules such as FI/CO & ABAP application area.
• Provide guidance and solution expertise to support the functional and technical design/change. This includes working closely with the IT team leads to prepare the functional specifications and design documents and/or change request documents for approval
• Analyse and solve SAP issues within the team or with the vendors.
• Support the development and testing for enhancement.
• Designs, develops and modifies programs, objects and processes to complete smaller projects as well as supporting larger complex projects.
• Manage the incident, problems as per the SLA requirements
• Contributes to high productivity and motivation of working team with the use of communication skills and cooperation; reaches and realizes project aims and outputs

Key Responsibilities:
* Provide day-to-day support for .NET applications, addressing user queries and resolving technical issues promptly.
* Monitor application performance and ensure optimal functioning of systems.
* Diagnose and troubleshoot application-related issues, including crashes, errors, and performance bottlenecks.
* Collaborate with development teams to identify and implement necessary bug fixes and enhancements.
* Analyze and report on application usage, performance metrics, and system logs to identify trends and areas for improvement.
* Ensure compliance with service level agreements (SLAs) and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
* Document support activities, issue resolutions, and create knowledge base articles for future reference.
* Able to work on application enhancements as per customer’s requirements
* Participate in on-call rotations to provide 24/7 support for critical issues.
* Maintaining the hosting platform (Azure, AWS) to make sure application is up and running

Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
* Minimum 3 years experience in development / support roles
* Proven experience in application support, specifically with .NET applications.
* Strong understanding of .NET framework, C#, ASP.NET, and related technologies.
* Experience with SQL Server and database management.
* Familiarity with web technologies (HTML5, CSS, JavaScript) and web services (REST, SOAP).
* Experience with GitLab CI/CD, SonarQube, Selenium
* Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment..
* Experience with monitoring tools and application performance management (APM) solutions is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS) and DevOps practices.

Job Requirements:

• Experience Level: 3+ to 8 years
• Strong proficiency in Java 8 and 11.
• Hands-on experience with Spring Framework, including Spring Security, Spring Integration, Spring Batch, Spring Data, Spring Cloud, and Spring Boot.
• Proficiency in ORM frameworks such as Hibernate, Jooq, or MyBatis.
• Scripting experience with Unix/Linux (any flavor).

Job Qualifications:

• Degree in Computer Science / Information Technology or equivalent.
• Experience in CDS (Core Data Services) / AMDP (ABAP Managed Database Procedures) development.
• CDS experience in enhancement and development, plus authorisation.
• Demonstrated experience in ABAP on HANA.
• Enhancement and development experience in SAP Fiori.
