Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Film Production / Film, Sound and Video, Mass Communication preferred
• At least 1 year relevant experience
• Proficient in creative software such as Adobe AfterEffects & Premiere Pro
• Proficient in splicing, motion graphics, audio balancing and color correction
• Possess good videography skills
• Able to work well in a team

We are seeking a Project Manager to take charge of our website development projects and oversee operational processes. This role demands exceptional organisational skills, a collaborative mindset, and a proactive approach to enhancing efficiency and project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Project & Process Management

• Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of website development projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.

• Manage and prioritise multiple Ad-Hoc Support Board tasks within timeline, ensuring client satisfaction.

• Collaborate with developers to refine workflows and improve processes.

• Track time spent on all tasks in website builds and Ad-Hoc requests to provide clarity on resource allocation, workload, and capacity.

• Develop comprehensive reporting systems to monitor performance, identify delays, and propose process improvements for each project phase.

• Manage the team's manpowers and deligate tasks efficiently

Collaborative Department Development

• Work closely with the development team to tackle challenges, streamline workflows, and improve website quality collectively.

• Encourage a culture of continuous improvement by leveraging team insights and fostering innovation in processes.

Cross-Department Communication

• Communicate effectively with colleagues across departments, ensuring queries and assigned tasks are addressed within stipulated timelines

• Proactively address potential time constraints upfront to manage expectations and avoid delays.

Quality Assurance (QA)

• Ensure all website projects undergo rigorous QA checks to meet functional, design, and cybersecurity standards.

• Use insights from QA to optimise workflows and resolve recurring bottlenecks.

Reporting & KPIs

• Provide weekly and monthly KPI updates for the director delivering reports punctually without reminders.

• Create detailed reports on project timelines, time spent, and team performance to identify and address fulfilment gaps.

• Build reporting frameworks to monitor productivity, process efficiency, and areas for improvement across website builds and ad-hoc tasks.

Key Qualifications

• Proven experience in project management, preferably in web development or a related field.

• Solid understanding of website development basics and associated processes.

• Huge plug if you possess web design knowledge and experience

• Proficiency with ClickUp or similar project management tools.

• Ability to analyse time tracking data to optimise resource allocation.

• Strong communication skills for internal team coordination and client interactions.

• Analytical mindset with a focus on continuous process improvement.

Qualifications:
