Job Description
As a Video Editor Intern, you will be instrumental in the creation and editing of video content, teasers, and thumbnails while assisting in production shoots. This role offers hands-on experience in video production, content creation, and digital storytelling.

Key Responsibilities
Video Production:
- Assist in pre-production tasks such as preparing for shoots, setting up equipment, and creating shot lists.
- Operate camera, lighting, and sound equipment during production shoots.
- Support the team on set to ensure a smooth production process.
Video Editing:
- Edit video content for various platforms, including social media, promotional materials, and long-form projects.
- Create engaging teasers, thumbnails, and graphics for videos.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure that videos align with brand and project objectives.
Content Creation:
- Occasionally conceptualize and create original, copyright-compliant content for social media.
- Repurpose video assets into short clips or reels for different platforms.
Administrative Support:
- Maintain an organized library of video assets, ensuring efficient retrieval.
- Assist in coordinating schedules and logistics for shoots.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a program in Film Production, Media Studies, Communications, or a related field.
- Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or equivalent).
- Familiarity with social media platforms and the types of video content they require.
- Basic skills in graphic design tools like Photoshop or Canva for creating thumbnails.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a creative environment.
- Highly organized, with attention to detail and a proactive problem-solving attitude.
- Previous experience in video production or editing is a plus, but not required.
