The Director is part of the local and Global management team and delivers the strategy and annual business plan for the unit in line with the overall priorities and provide leadership to employees. The Director will also be a part of the management team and ensure a good collaboration regarding resources, common projects, market initiatives etc.
Your key responsibilities will be:
· Delivering and developing the company business plan.
· Project acquisition and leadership.
· Financial performance of the local and global business.
· Team leadership in the international business.
· Marketing and business development for the international business.
· Support developing and driving the design culture, approach and language for the local and global business.
· Support and drive the technical excellence initiatives including research and development (R&D) initiatives for the local and global business.
Skills and qualifications:
· Relevant masters degree or relevant qualification
· A minimum of 10 years’ experience and experience working as a manager
· Strong technical design skills
· Strong business development skills
