• Purchase order issuance to suppliers
• Coordinate shipments to ensure quality and timeliness with transportation/freight forwarder
• Process payroll and human resource matters
• Verify employee's petty cash claims and requisition for advances
• Assist in Ad Hoc duties assigned by management

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Accounting or equivalent
• Meticulous, initiative and able to work independently
• Bookkeepping experience preferred
• Proficient in computer skills (MS Office-Excel)
