• Maintain and manage office stationaries, supplies, & pantry
• Collaborate with the Recruiter to post job ads on careers pages and process incoming resumes
• Update internal databases with new hire information
• Create and distribute guidelines and FAQ documents about company policies
• Schedule job interviews and contact candidates as needed
• Develop training and onboarding material
• Other ad-hoc duties.

Requirement

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate/Diploma in Human Resource Management or equivalent
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Words and Excel
• Proactive and able to execute tasks within tight deadlines
• Preferably specialized in Human Resources or equivalent

Working Hours: Monday-Friday 9am-6pm

• Provide professional analysis, consultant and advice customer on suitable beauty product, treatment and eyebrow embroidery services to customers
• Handle customer requests and enquiries
• Build and establish strong customer relationship

Requirements

• At least 2 years of relevant work experience
• Able to communicate well with people
• Able to speak Mandarin is preferred to handle queries and feedbacks from Chinese speaking customers

Job Description

• Deburr, clean and check the quality of the casting before deliver to Assembly.
• Taking care of the working area following 5S and Safety standard.
• Managing the casting request from Assembly.
• Manual Rework the casting if any (Scrapping, manual drilling/tapping, removing the broken drill/tap).
• Operating and troubleshooting of AGV for delivering casting to Assembly.
• Follow the workplace safety and health system, safe work procedures or safety rules implemented at the workplace.
• New hire is required to undergo specific Audiometric tests for who are exposed to certain occupational hazards.

Job Requirements

• Minimum NITEC/Higher NITEC in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, or a related field
• High motivation to learn
