ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

In this role, you will be entrusted with the critical responsibility of overseeing daily financial transactions. This encompasses a range of tasks, including but not limited to, the verification of transactions, compilation of Finance related report to HQ in South Korea, and most importantly, ensuring the utmost accuracy of all accounting entries submitted by various stakeholders operating within our financial system.

Moreover, you will act as a vital liaison between our local colleagues in Singapore and the finance team based at our headquarters in South Korea. This position will require you to facilitate efficient communication channels, thereby enhancing collaboration and operational effectiveness. You will play a pivotal role in improving system functionalities which are crucial for timely and accurate daily reporting.

Roles and Responsibilities include but not limited to the followings:

1. Driving the improvement of finance-related systems to ensure they meet the evolving needs of the organization.
2. Enhancing inter-departmental processes and systems to streamline workflows and foster greater efficiency.
3. Oversee the cash flow to maintain the financial health and liquidity of the organization.
4. Bridging communication effectively between the Finance team and the HQ Finance team located in South Korea, ensuring seamless exchange of information and ideas.

• Design, plan, and implement infrastructure solutions, and working closely with the IT Team and various stakeholders to manage IT projects and events, facilitating seamless communication and collaboration to achieve the IT team’s goals
• Maintain IT equipment and systems to support operations and employees while upholding Company compliance standards

• Degree/ Diploma holder in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent preferred
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in handling IT infrastructure planning, implementation, and support escalations
• Knowledge of infrastructure best practices, systems, processes, and methodologies with strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft products including Windows, M365, Office, Teams, and SharePoint
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with prior experience working in a multi-cultural environment and fluency in English communication

Proven experience 7+ Years in software architecture, specifically in microservices architecture.

Extensive experience with front-end technologies, particularly React.

Deep expertise in .NET development and the ecosystem.

Experience in cloud-based architecture (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus.

Strong understanding of RESTful API design, GraphQL, and other integration patterns.

Proficient in containerization technologies like Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes.

Familiarity with database design and management, including SQL and NoSQL databases.

Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think strategically about technology.

Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Certifications: Relevant certifications in cloud architecture, microservices, or related fields are desirable.

Architectural Design: Design and architect microservices-based systems that leverage React for the front-end and .NET for the backend. Ensure the architecture is scalable, secure, and meets the business requirements.

Technology Strategy: Define and drive the technology roadmap for the microservices platform. Stay up to date with emerging technologies and best practices in the microservices, front-end, and back-end development ecosystem.

System Integration: Design and oversee the integration of various services, ensuring seamless communication between microservices, and the front-end.

Performance Optimization: Identify and address performance bottlenecks in the system. Optimize the architecture for speed, scalability, and reliability.

Security: Implement security best practices across the architecture, ensuring data protection and compliance with relevant regulations.

Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams. Review and approve design and code to ensure adherence to architectural standards.

Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, UX/UI designers, developers, and other stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive architectural documentation, including system designs, data flows, and deployment plans.

Continuous Improvement: Advocate for and implement continuous improvement practices, including automated testing, continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD), and DevOps methodologies.

• Experience with serverless architecture and event-driven systems.

• Knowledge of modern authentication and authorization protocols like OAuth, JWT, and OpenID Connect.

• Experience in leading large-scale enterprise projects.
