Qualifications:

Working closely with the School Director and Recreational Manager, this role will ensure the growth and development of gymnasts at all levels while maintaining a focus on safety, communication, and the ongoing success of the program.

Key Responsibilities:

Coaching:

• Deliver engaging, high-quality coaching sessions for both recreational and competitive gymnasts, tailored to the age and ability of each group.
• Ensure that all coaching activities adhere to the relevant policies, procedures, and codes of practice, with a strong focus on safety.
• Maintain a high standard of safeguarding, equality, and health & safety practices.
