THE POSITION

Product strategy and category management

1. Work closely with country product managers to identify product gaps and build strong portfolio for the Fitting (Faucets and Showers) Category products.
2. Competitor analysis and identify key FABs and completive advantage to fit country portfolio.
3. Support product training team and brand communication team on our differentiation of products and how to translate into consumer benefit effectively versus competition
4. Execute category as per company direction and strategy.
5. Category performance analysis and tracking

NPD development

1. Define clear value proposition of each NPD, prioritize NPDs based on APAC strategy.
2. Verify financial and understand the impact to business case for each new product request.
3. Coordinate with country product manager on approval process "LI Fitting Stage gate " for new products proposal.
4. Follow up the new product performance after launch to evaluate the actual result versus target.

NPD launch

1. Work closely with country and cross functional team to ensure successful process launches.
2. Follow up the post-launch feedback and result if they meet business target. And be able to analyze and make recommendation when they do not.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for day to day Operations and administration on network & security infrastructure
• Responsible for network design and security particularly trouble shooting and/or debugging network related problems.

• Experience/Familiar in Network Monitoring tools (Solarwinds NPM,NCM, ManageEngine etc.)

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Computer Science/Project Management/Engineering/Information Technology or related Discipline.
• Minimum 1 to 3 years of working experience in Network Projects

About the Job

The Demand Planner Junior at Supernova is an integral part of a cross-functional Operations team charged with enabling Supernova’s growth objectives by planning and managing inventory across multiple sales channels and warehouses within the business. This role will work closely with multiple departments including purchasing, sales and logistics There will also be daily involvement with our Fulfillment team to understand inventory fluctuations and movements. The ideal candidate will have a complete obsession for quality, continuous improvements, and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities:

• Monitor inventory levels across all Supernova products and report potential shortages and OOS risk to the Demand Planning Manager.
• Analyze stock levels, forecasts, historical sales and marketing campaigns to propose recommended purchase quantities/inventory transfers and required freight modes to achieve optimal inventory level per warehouse and SKU.
• Support and coordinate the launch of new SKUs with relevant partners.
• Work closely with production, fulfillment, freight to ensure supply is ready on time.
• Monitor the arrival of all products and ensure fulfillment and warehouse managers receive goods timely, escalate issues when necessary.
• Support the Demand Planning Manager to raise POs and intercompany transactions.
• Work closely with the finance team to ensure all intercompany transactions are accurately represented during month-end closing.
• Effectively update PO arrival dates in ERP system, ensuring accurate and timely data flows from ERP system to reports.
• Assist in performing ad-hoc tasks according to business needs e.g special projects assigned by the Demand Planning Manager.

Your Profile
