• Execute in process and/or final inspection of materials, purchased parts and manufactured parts to ensure conformance with quality control plan, procedures, documentation and standards.
• Review and ensure manufacturing work orders and associated documentation is completed and processed correctly in a timely and efficient manner.
• Monitor and ensure callibration of equipment, work areas are kept clean and appropriate PPE and best practice lifting practices are adhered to at all times.
• Prioritise inspection activities in alignment with delivery objectives.
• Effectively communicate non conformance issues to engineering / production expedites solutions as necessary to support delivery objectives.
• Attending production meetings.
• Completing of non scheduled urgent inspection tasks within the completions business.

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

• Comfortable working at Penjuru, Jurong East area. Company shuttle service provided
• Min NDT/ NDE/ SPM/ secondary education level
• 1-2 years' experience in manufacturing facility/ quality inspection/ industrial/ engineering
• Experience in manufacturing workshop processes and controls.
• Competent is reading and understanding engineering drawings, processes and procedures.

Job Description:

• Plan and run occupational rehab therapy services in the TCF [in coordination with the Ops Manager and Physiotherapist].
• Conduct assessments for patients during admission and periodic reviews.
• Institute an appropriate and effective treatment.
• Participate in multidisciplinary case discussions with the TCF care team.
• Contribute to formulation and follow-up of patients’ Individual Care Plan [ICP] to ensure holistic health and care coverage.
• Plan and conduct group therapy programmes and activities for patients.
• Review and revise programme schedule when necessary to enhance the quality of the therapy program.
• Take charge of proper documentation of therapy records.
• Understand dementia issues and know how to manage patients who display behavioural problems [associated with onset of dementia].
• Interact to foster close and warm relationships with patients’ families and caregivers; and to exhibit with sincerity the care and respect of patients.
• Take charge of other duties which the Ops Manager may assign from time to time.

Job Requirements and Qualifications:

• Bachelor degree or Diploma in Occupational Therapy
• Qualified and registered with AHPC [Allied Health Professions Council].
• Minimum 3 years of working experience in a hospital or eldercare institution; preference is for a candidate with working experience in a community setting.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
