As the Research Engineer (Equipment/Operations), you are directly involved in tool installation activities for semiconductor process tools. You would need to work proactively to coordinate with the contractor on the ground for the execution and take corrective and preventive actions of lessons learned, due diligently to prevent reoccurrence. You are responsible for performing utilities turn-on after installation is completed. You must perform the activities per ASTAR site procedure and safety policies to ensure all tool-install-related activities are completed, meeting safety, quality, schedule and budget requirements. • Investigate and solve the problems on Electrical Control Panel Fault.
• Able to do installation of Marine ICCP and MGPS System.
• To supervise and must have knowledge in dismantling of motor, cleaning, heating, balancing, painting greasing, running tests.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 15 years of relevant experiences in ship repairs or conversion environment.
• Experienced in carrying out system testing with commissioning team and ship repair works under tight schedules.
• Possess SSSC will be an advantagous.

Job Scope:

• Ensuring that shifts are run smoothly and that standards, cleaniness, and product quality are maintained
• Be responsible for smooth operations of coffee and tea services

• Following standardized recipes and using proper brewing techniques to ensure consistent quality

• Fabricate, assemble and install ship components accordingly to blueprints and specifications.
• Weld ship components together using a variety of welding processess.
• Repair damaged ships, cut and shape metal plates and beams.
