Responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve technical issues with semiconductor equipment, including computer systems, advanced software, and networked or wireless systems.
• Perform on-site tasks such as installation, preventive maintenance, equipment modifications, parts overhaul, and repair work.
• Act as the main point of contact between the company and customers for administrative and technical project matters.
• Coordinate logistics and collaborate with customers on equipment-related requirements.
• Address customer complaints promptly and provide effective solutions.
• Monitor product performance, provide regular updates, and document feedback on service requests.
• Report recurring customer issues to management to help implement future improvements.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience with semiconductor equipment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and resourceful team player.
• Self-driven individual capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
• Comfortable working in a cleanroom environment.
• Willingness to work or remain on standby during after-hours, weekends, or public holidays.

Job Scope

• Sell our products and/or services to local, B2C & overseas clients
• Ensure proper documentation and packaging for overseas shipment
• Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients
• Handle customer feedback & complaints
• Maintain records of all sales leads, activity, order history and pricing
• Submitting monthly forecasting report to purchaser
• Generate sales report for submission to management
• Sales coordination including assisting sales team to arrange customers appointment, handling urgent calls, sales emails and messages when sales representatives are unavailable.
• Handling orders by phone, email, SMS or mail and checking the orders have the correct prices, discounts, MOQ.
• Inputting orders to company’s system, ensuring they are processed according to customer requirements, and ensuring all orders are accurate and delivered on time.
• Ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirement

• GCE O Level & above
• 0 – 2 years related experience
