Food preparation

• Plans monthly menu and work with Marketing on prints
• Cook dishes according to daily/ weekly/ monthly/ special festive menu
• Cook and guide kitchen team to cook according to correct number of portions for each meal period, without wastage
• Ensure freshness and quality of ingredients used and dishes served
• Ensure that the kitchen area is always kept clean and dry

Supplies/ Stocks control

• Maintain supplies to ensure adequate but not over-order and no wastage
• Checking of goods receivable from suppliers
• Practice good food hygiene and safety standards
• Inspects and checks operating equipment to ensure good working conditions

Customer Service

• Interact with clients and gather feedback
• Check clients’ satisfaction and provide immediate updates to Operations Manager and team

Communication

• Effectively communicate with team members and in Charge
• Inform Operations Manager or Head Office on operations or employees’ related issues
• Ensure team members provide good customer service during operations

Administration

• Prepare roster accordingly and schedules manpower
• Prepare attendance sheet, overtime process and team leaves application etc
• Ensure all colleagues’ time in and out are taken and accounted for.
• Ensure the team’s Public Holidays and Annual Leaves are planned, approved and cleared
• Record discipline matters after counselling employees
• Ensure team members’ documents eg forms are submitted to Head Office timely
• Ensure that resources, materials and ingredients are ordered accordingly with regards to wastage and delivery orders submitted timely

We are seeking an experienced Senior Network Engineer to provide after-sales support and network solution review for enterprise networking products. This role will focus on delivering technical solutions, supporting key customers, and working closely with both internal teams and external partners.

Responsibilities

• Provide after-sales support and review network solutions for enterprise networking products
• Develop and deliver low-level network designs tailored to client needs, collaborating with internal teams, channel partners, and key account customers
• Work as part of a team with regional or headquarters-based teams to implement and deliver networking solutions
• Operate independently with minimal supervision to execute assigned tasks and responsibilities
• Produce high-quality technical proposals for clients and stakeholders
• Present network solutions professionally, ensuring clarity and understanding for customers and channel partners
• Provide technical training to customers and partners to ensure effective adoption of network solutions

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in network design and maintenance, including proficiency with technologies such as STP, VRRP, OSPF, BGP, MPLS, IPSEC VPN, L2VPN, L3VPN, Multicast, IPV6, QOS, and VXLAN
• Experience in after-sales support is preferred, particularly within the financial services industry (FSI)
• Knowledge and experience in data center migration projects would be an advantage
• Expertise in network technologies including switching, Wi-Fi, routers, firewalls, and SDN
• Familiarity with IT servers and storage solutions is a plus
• Strong self-initiative, with the ability to manage tasks independently and learn new products and technologies quickly
