Trainee Air Hub Lead - Flight Ops

Responsibilities

Monitor and disseminate airline schedules to other departments, airline representatives and external business units.

• Ensure movement messages are transmitted promptly.

• Coordinate with relevant department(s) on crew’s request.

• Coordinate with airline representative for any AOG or flight delays / cancellation.

• Preparation and presentation of crew briefing package according to airline policy/SOP.

• Coordinate with relevant departments for any fuel / weight restrictions and Zero fuel Weight.

• Coordinate with SIN AIS and airline’s dispatcher in the event that flight rerouting is required or any irregularity.

• Ensure stipulated hotels are informed of crew names and flight details prior to crew’s arrival.

• Ensure crew lists and allowance sheets (if any) are disseminated out to relevant parties.

• Coordinate with airlines’ hotels and transport companies for bookings and any revision to departure details and for any last minute arrangement when required.

Our Registered Nurse will be responsible for coordinating, directing, and evaluating of patients’ care and treatment to ensure best clinical outcome and excellent premium patient’s care.

Job Responsibilities:

-Enforce compliance to clinical standards of care and professional code of conduct
-Facilitate clinical faculty development to support clinical learning
-Assist the Doctor in the operating theatre and specialist clinic
-Act as a liaison between patients and doctors to ensure that all essential medical communications are clear and accurately converted
-Administrative support to ensure smooths and efficiency of daily clinic operation
-Evaluate the quality and appropriateness of nursing care of patients with complex healthcare needs, including documentation, and make appropriate changes in nursing care delivery in collaboration with the doctors and the nursing team
-Other ad-hoc task assigned by the Doctor and the Head of Clinical Operations.

Job Requirements

-Diploma/Degree Qualification in Nursing
-Orthopaedic / Operating theatre experience will be advantage
-General Registration with SNB is preferred
-Enrolled Nurse with years of experience/degree in Nursing may also be considered

Purpose: To lead in overall Supplier Quality Management including qualifying of potential suppliers, enhance supplier's quality, logistics, technology, cost and service (QLTCS) performance. Strategic development of existing and new suppliers to meet customers’ and company’s needs. The plan shall include semiconductor and analytical industry requirements as part of overall supplier development program.

Key Area of Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of Supplier Quality Manager/Engineer, Supplier Quality Engineers to manage suppliers and support the internal team as well as customers. Including deployment of customer-specific technical requirements, mTPD process management, Technical Qualifications, FAIR, 8D, CAPA, Process validation audits
• To develop low-cost suppliers to meet customers’ and company’s needs
• To develop alternative suppliers in the Mix Low Volume market to support localization and continuous cost reduction needs program
• Develop suppliers' technical capabilities, PQP & build-in quality process
• Supply chain ramp, capacity, and resource plan
• Work with strategic and preferred suppliers through regular scorecard sessions to improve QLTCS.
• Drive continuous improvement programs
• Manage Sustainability Requirements in the supply base
• · Continuous automation and improvement of supplier interface for better efficiency, communication, and control (Supplier Satisfaction)
• Supplier Training portal where customer-specific requirements can be deployed. Quality Tools can be communicated – 8D/CAPA, FAIR, PQP (CTQ, Process Flow, PFMEA, Control Plan, MSA, SPC)

Qualification & Experiences:

• Degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics or Engineering and other relevant discipline
• At least 5 year of experience as Supplier Quality & Development Manager in metal fabrication, (related to metal works including assembly, sub-assembly, structural, jigs & fixtures) or precision machining industry
• QMS Lead Auditor / Auditor trained and certified
• Experience in procurement and supplier development activities
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 /14000 requirements, application of various QC, analytical, and troubleshooting tools, and application of various measuring, and inspection equipment
• Ability to communicate with all levels and maintain relations with internal stakeholders, suppliers, customers and management.
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment and quickly adapt to changes
• Independent, strong sense of responsibility and a team player
