• Responsible for the daily operations of the buildings and effectively carry out
the functions as well as duties
• Handle and coordinate all the maintenance and administrative staff assigned
to the buildings
• Conduct routine inspection on the maintenance or improvement works for the
buildings
• Provide advisory on facilities management matters
• Carry out all maintenance functions to the highest standard expected for the
client and the subsidiary proprietors
• Provide and handle the maintenance, finance, security, fire safety and car park
management for the operations of the buildings
• Ensure all contract works/ routine servicing are carried out accordingly as
specified in their contract agreement
• Review all contracts, agreements and insurance before their expiry and
recommend renewal or call for quotation / tender
• Co-ordinate and attend all council meetings as well as general meetings
• Prepare reports and presentation slides for the meetings
• Deal sensitively and fairly with people from diverse cultural backgrounds
• Build good working relationship and rapport with relevant agencies, contractors
and owners
• Report to Portfolio Manager on issues relating to the ground
