Responsibilities:

• Oversee the residents on a daily basis; manage the welfare, discipline and standards of regimentation in the institution.
• Support the shift during emergency.
• Deliver Trauma-informed practices in daily interactions
• Ensure safety and security of premises, include perform body & property check, carry out security and night patrols, dormitory checks and conduct urine test (when necessary);
• Manage and provide care for the daily living needs of the residents in the Hostel;
• Able to develop positive relationship with the residents;
• Involve in taskforce, to assist and execute tasks required from the taskforce.

• Able to do rotating shifts
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, etc

Technician job descriptions

· Installation of lights, fan points, power socket etc.

· Installation and Painting of PVC cable trucking.

· Installation of electrical lines in buildings

· Install all kind air conditioning system (Window, Split type, central air conditioning system, fresh air/air condition square and round ducting).

· Painting work.

· Clean of motor/pump/working area.

· Work at height

· Site Cable pulling works at renovations and new installations.

· Renovation Work

· Remove ducting material /sanitary material/ etc.

· Must work Saturday/Sunday/Public Holiday if required.

Requirements:

- Must possess at least high school pass or other relevant qualifications OR minimum of 2 years working experience as a supervisor of construction as mechanical technician or electrician or others construction related work.

- Must be fully vaccinated

- Must be able to work long hours in construction sites

- Able to read architectural and technical drawings, and translates to Bengali speaking workers.

- Should be knowledgeable in MS Office & Outlook

- Scaffolding experience more than 2 years will be extra advantage

- Physically fit with the ability to work outdoor/indoor or any other place instructed by company in Singapore at considerable height in construction area.
