Required Skills:

• Strong hands-on experience with configuring and customizing data models, custom dimensions, workflows, and reports.

• Solid experience with ETL configurations, including creating routines, jobs, and mapping them to data flows. Proficient in handling data loads.

• Expertise in writing and optimizing calculation scripts using FST, MDX, and advanced scripting techniques to enhance reporting performance.

• Experience in designing and developing financial reports (consolidations, budgeting, actuals) as per business needs.

• Proficient in creating user matrices, assigning roles, and managing user rights to ensure appropriate access and security.

• Knowledge of Tagetik Planning, FP&A, and Excel Add-In. Familiarity with SQL and HANA databases.

• Excellent communication skills, ability to interact with clients, provide training, and be an effective team player. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

Job responsibilities:

• Ensuring year end balances are rolled over correctly into new IFS system
• Handling the Accounts payable flow, which includes resolving issues, uploading invoices, coding,generating posting proposals,running payments, and managing daily bank files and tax codes.
• Managing journal entries for transactions not covered in the IFS modules (e.g.payroll, external file uploads, prepayment amortization) .
• Working with the fixed asset module to handle asset acqusition, importing fixed asset objects, running depreciation and ensuring depreciation is accurate.
• Performing reconciliations such as GRNI (Goods received not invoiced), mixed payment postings and bank reconciliations.
• Generating and creating reports required for period closing, including GST/VAT reports,trial balance, GL listings and AP/AR reports.

Requirements:

• Minimum a Diploma/Degree in Finance & Accounting
• At least 5 years of relevant experience
• Willingness to commit to a 6-month contract
• **Must have hands-on experience in IFS (Industrial and Financial System)

1. Responsible in assisting the Operations Manager in daily running and management;

2. To supervise the activities carried out by the Cleaning Staff which will include training, instructing and managing work flow;

3. To undertake, as a part of the team, the cleaning of designated areas to ensure that they are kept clean and hygienic for the public;

4. To ensure all work carried out by the Cleaning Staff is on par with the upholding requirement; completed with due observation to the appropriate Health & Safety requirements;

5. Cleaning, sweeping and vacuuming, emptying of bins;

6. To ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed and the staff is taking extra precautions in causing anything that might endanger the post holder or others;

7. Daily report to the line manager, or person in authority any dangerous situation in the workplace or any perceived shortcomings in health and safety regulations.
