Responsibilities:

Telesales Responsibilities:

1. Convert customer inquiries into appointments and online sales, showcasing your exceptional sales acumen.
2. Efficiently negotiate and book appointments based on customer preferences into our efficient online booking system.
3. Handle inbound and outbound calls, providing exemplary customer service, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will also be responsible for placating unhappy customers, and when necessary, escalating cases to the service manager or management for follow-up.
4. Avail yourself of training provided to effectively use standard phone scripts, filter calling leads from our customer database, and manage the computerized call/text systems securely.
5. Reach out to absentee customers and persuade them to return for visits or treatment appointments, showcasing your persuasive skills.
6. Optimize booking schedules by rescheduling customers' appointments from no-show slots and reallocating overbooked slots/doctors to under-booked ones.
7. Learn to enter sales invoices and manage package utilization/deductions on a timely basis while ensuring the completeness of the sales contract.

Digital Marketing Responsibilities:

1. Develop, manage, and optimize ads and social media content across various platforms in different languages, including Google, Facebook, Instagram, Xiao Hong Shu, and WeChat, showcasing your digital marketing expertise.
2. Leverage your excellent communication skills to engage potential customers and effectively convert inquiries into appointments or sales.
3. Drive the implementation of omnichannel marketing strategies, enhancing customer interaction and service, thereby contributing to our clinic's growth and success.
4. Stay updated with the latest marketing technologies, continuously learning and integrating new advancements, such as ChatGPT, into our marketing strategies.

What We're Looking For:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, E commerce, Business or any related field. Applications from recent graduates are highly encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily accounting & finance duties including receivables and payables processes, general ledger, tax and bank reconciliation (By Job Rotation)
• Manage CAPEX and Fixed Assets processes, timely closing process and reconciliations, including for intercompany transactions
• Handle monthly journals, audit schedules and lease matters
• Prepare quarterly GST Reporting (On Rotation basis)

Key Responsibilities:

Food & Beverage Management:

· Develop a new F&B business model to align with strategic goals of the Club, requirements of its members whilst enhancing operational efficiency and profitability.

· Collaborate closely with the F&B committee and Main Committee on the business model analyses and final proposal.

· Lead the implementation of the new F&B strategy and final business model.

· Together with our current caterer continue to improve and develop diverse high-quality food menus that meets the tastes and preferences of our members for the various areas including the restaurant, meetings & events.

· Curate and oversee an extensive drinks portfolio to ensure diverse and high-quality offerings.

· Establish and maintain strong relationships with vendors to support seamless operations and procurement.

· Develop and implement effective pricing strategies for menus to optimize profitability and competitiveness.

· Create and maintain budgets for food and beverage operations, including forecasting and cost control.

· Conduct thorough sales and performance analysis to identify trends, drive improvements, and achieve revenue targets.

· Identify and manage partnerships and sponsorships within the F&B sector to enhance brand presence and opportunities.

· Implement and monitor quality control measures together with our partner maintain high standards across all F&B operations.

· Manage POS system to streamline transactions and inventory processes.

· Design and deliver comprehensive service training programs to improve team performance and member satisfaction.

· Develop and implement standard operational procedures to ensure consistence and high-quality delivery.

Event Management:

· Plan, coordinate, and execute a wide range of events, including private parties, corporate functions, club events and sport socials.

· Actively generate leads from external clients and member base.

· Work closely with clients to understand their needs, provide recommendations and provide tailormade quotations.

· Oversee event execution, logistics, including setup, food and drinks offering, staff coordination, and post-event evaluation.

· Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure high levels of satisfaction.

· Work closely with the membership department and sports teams to develop a robust and action-packed events and socials calendar

· Prepare and manage event budgets, ensuring all expenses are accounted for and that the event is executed within the allocated budget.

General:

· Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to keep the club’s offerings competitive and innovative.

· Foster a positive and welcoming atmosphere within the club.

Job Description

The Clinic Assistant is responsible for the effective administration and operation of duties assigned at the Reception Counter.

Responsibilities:

• Attends to reception duties.
• Registers cases and prepares the necessary documents for patients’ visit.
• Provide financial counseling to patients.
• Performs cashiering duties. Collects payment from patients. Reconciles the daily collection report with actual collections.
• Answers phone queries from patients.
• Chaperon and assists doctors during consultation.
• Makes & accept appointments for consultation.
• Cover duties of other staff during their absence where applicable.
• Performs any other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Possess at least 2 years' relevant working experience.
• Knowledge using Clinic Assist will have added advantage.
• 5.5 days work week with night clinic.
• Comfortable to be cross-deployed when the need arises.
