• Typing: All fleet communications, letters, reports, budget, form, etc.
• Main repetitive communication formats, reports/data, on word processor/ computer as advised by Fleet Director, Vessel Manager.
• Assist TO’s in coding ship’s mail & keeping track of same through check lists.
• Attend filing and electronic filling of ship papers. Maintain Master file for each vessel with fax and covering page fax copies.
• Make all import/export declarations.
• Movement of paper in office and dispatch of outgoing mails.
• Maintaining of certificate folder as per instructions of Vessels Manager.
• Maintaining the vessels emergency filing system.
• Other administrative support as and when directed by the Managers

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for leading the planning and design of Mechanical engineering works for building services and infrastructure works.
• Review reports, specifications, calculations, drawings and other documents prepared for the different stages of a project.
• Supervise the installation, testing and commissioning of Mechanical engineering works.
• Work together with other disciplines in feasibility studies and design, as well as to ensure excellent service delivery to Clients.
• Job Title will correspond with project experience acquired and individual competency in technical knowledge/skills, project management and contract administration.

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering recognised by the Professional Engineers Board, Singapore.
• Ideally registered with the Professional Engineers Board, Singapore.
• Minimum 6-8 years of relevant experience in Mechanical engineering design for building services and infrastructure works.
• Good working experience in a consulting firm with a proven track record in major development projects.
• Conversant with local codes and regulations, and authority submission procedures.
• Strong planning, organizational and supervisory skills.

• Support Programme Governance and ensure deliverables are completed promptly and as per scope using varied project delivery methodologies (Waterfall/Agile/Hybrid)
• Have a consulting mindset and are able to contribute to developing frameworks & methodologies.
• Perform quality assurance to oversee the quality of Programme deliverables throughout the delivery lifecycle. This will facilitate adherence to standards and processes through Quality gates/SDLC governance.
• Proactively take ownership of own activities with minimal supervision and flexible in managing ad-hoc workload as required.
• Attend and manage meetings by preparing invites and decks, consolidating agenda items, creating & circulating minutes, and following up on action items in a timely manner.
