Responsibilities and Authorities

Operation

• Lead the team in day-to-day operation to achieve operation goals.
• Handle shopfloor resources (workforce, machine, and materials) to meet daily operation plan.
• Plan and schedule weekly work order according to customer demand.
• Responsible to report out team performance and provide timely resolution on disruptions to shopfloor operation.
• Establish strategy and standardize processes to enable team to achieve department objectives. Translate annual department objectives into specific team and individual performance goals including important metrics, and to review them regularly. Conduct root cause analysis and take appropriate corrective action promptly when goals are not met.
• Plan and strategize the movement of WIP (Work in Progress) and scheduled activities for maximum efficiency, minimum idle time and maintain cell linearity balancing.
• Handle employee relations and establish a psychological safe environment.
• Review cross team support to fulfill production build plans.
• Support department and cross team activities that delivers consistently high-quality products and services in a safe and efficient manner.
• Responsible for all aspects of an emergency response (role of SIC) which includes developing incident objectives and handling the incident action plans.

Develop Capabilities

• Work with Manager to identify and build relevant skills and capability within team.
• Work with peers to improve team flexibility through cross training.
• Develop training plan for team including induction, on-the-job training, and certification.
• Develop, support and mentor team by giving timely and constructive feedback to empower employee to have higher/more responsibilities.

Quality

• Conduct Gemba with purpose to identify problems and area of improvements and take timely action to address them.
• Ensure safety, operation procedures, subject area and 5S are closely observed and adhered to across WLP operation, complying to site’s EH&S and QMS policies/guidelines.
• Participate/conduct and communicate manufacturing safety risk assessment.
• Ensure documentation, data, and inventory accuracies.

Qualification

• Degree in any engineering, chemistry field, fresh graduates can apply.
• Diploma with any engineering, chemistry field more than 5 years experience

Experience

• 1 to 5 years’ experience in supervisory position, preferably in Instrument assembly process environment
• More than 5 years’ experience in shopfloor manufacturing planning will be considered.

Proficiencies preferred.

• With strong sense of responsibility and ownership
• Able to work under pressure and make sound decision independently.
• Good supervisory skills such as leading, motivating and developing other.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, both verbal and written

Enrolled Nurse perform all nursing treatment / procedures under supervision of Staff nurse / Nursing Officer. Assist Doctor, Dietician, Speech Therapist, Staff Nurse during examination of residents. Assist residents with their individualised care programme.

Key Tasks

Clinical Care

• Perform all nursing treatment / procedures including the administration of medications, dressing and nasogastric feeding under the supervision of a staff nurse.
• Assist Doctor, Podiatrist, Speech Therapist, Dietician and Staff Nurse during treatment and examination of residents.
• Conduct rounds to ensure that the residents are well and safe; and be alert of those on high risk.
• Assist residents with their individualised care programme, perform procedures such as oral hygiene, tube feeding, eye care, prosthetic aide, hearing aids etc.
• Facilitate residents in group exercise.
• Assist residents in toileting, meals, change diapers / clothes.
• Assist residents with mobility problems such as transfer and lifting techniques to / from bed to wheelchair.
• Report any abnormalities detected to the Staff Nurse in charge / Nursing Officer e.g. skin condition or infection / bed sores, rising temperatures.

Quality

• Infection control.
• Quality improvement programmes.
• Resident safety.

Training & Development

• Orientate new staff on the Job Training (OJT).
• Assist Staff Nurse in clinical guidance of HCA and NA, and to participate actively in in-service training program.

Administration

• Assist in maintaining residents’ files / records. To assist in report writing and verbal reports on residents’ condition and on nursing management of residents.
• Assist the Staff Nurse / Nursing Officer in inventory checks and control.

Job Specification

• Pass SNB exam for Enrolled Nurse
• Diploma / Degree in Nursing

• Preferably with 2 years of working experience in the related field is ideal for this position.
• Knowledge of social media, mobile apps, and digital and mobile marketing.
• Passion for social media/entertainment marketing, and up for the challenge of building something from the bottom up.
• Must be a strong communicator with an emphasis on effective listening and empathizing with customers, plus good phone etiquette (pace, tone, voice quality, grammar, and articulation).
• Comfortable working with computers and multiple systems.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Thai (to handle enquiry from Thai speaking customer and document in Thai language).
