Responsibilities

The Research Engineer will plan and conduct experiments with the aim of understanding RNA modifications' roles in human disease and leveraging RNA-modifying enzymes as potential drug discovery targets. Assistant Cook Job description

The assistant cook will prepare meals and follow establishment recipes. Duties include preparing ingredients, adhering to the restaurant menu, and following food health and safety procedures. Cook, clean, assist other cooks and staff and deliver food in a fast-paced environment. Work may include operating a grill, oven, or fryer. Duties and Responsibilities

• Setting up, cleaning, and organizing work stations

• Preparing ingredients for the shift; washing vegetables, chopping, seasoning meat, etc.

• Roti prataflour mixing

• Making Varieties of RotiPrata (egg prata, Bananprata, coin prata,etc.,)

• Making Varieties of Dosai (Masaladosai, Ravadosai,Plaindosai, specialdosai,Geedosai. etc.,)

• Making Chappathi and Chappathi flour mixing

• preparation of south indian& north indian curies

• Taking orders from wait staff or computerized system

• Cooking order according to food health and safety standards

• Recommending ideas for specials or seasonal dishes

• Handling multiple food orders at one time

• Monitoring multiple food orders as new orders arrive

• Dressing order for presentation

• Ensuring each guest order has the correct food and sides

• Delivering food order to wait staff in a timely manner

• Storing all food properly

• Sanitizing and cleaning work stations and utensils

• Reordering stock and food supplies

• Monitoring other cooks and team members

• Assisting other cooks in preparing food or helping other team members when needed

Requirements and Qualifications

What you will be working on

In this role, you will:

• Identify, curate and implement innovative L&D initiatives to enhance overall L&D strategy and ensure CPFB staff are equipped for current and future challenges.
• Regularly review curricula and programmes to ensure alignment with organisational needs and emerging trends.
• Foster a culture of continuous, self-directed learning across the organisation.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to identify current and emerging learning needs, develop tailored programmes to support the professional growth and development of CPFB staff.
• Implement end-to-end learning interventions using established methodologies (e.g., ADDIE model).
• Oversee the design, delivery, and continuous improvement of the onboarding programme for new employees.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of learning programmes through quantitative and qualitative metrics.
• Prepare reports on learning outcomes and training expenditure for management review.
• Conduct periodic reviews of L&D processes and policies to ensure effectiveness, efficiency and alignment with organisational goals and industry best practices.
• Stay abreast of the latest L&D technologies, methodologies, and industry trends.
• Lead or support the planning, execution, and continuous improvement of assigned L&D initiatives.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience in facilitating stand-up training sessions and delivering clear messaging.
• A flair for designing engaging and informative training programme EDMs.
• Proficiency in designing and developing effective e-learning content that engages learners and drives knowledge retention.
  ACLP qualifications or equivalent will be an added advantage.

The seniority of appointment and actual corporate job title will commensurate with individual work experiences.

Position is on a 1-year full-time contract directly under the payroll of CPF Board with an option to renew, contingent upon confirmation and subject to organisational needs. Additionally, there is potential for emplacement into a permanent position.
