Job Overview

Responsible for the daily management of TTLS agencies, including but not limited to agency qualification & assessment for onboarding, agency exit, risk control etc., to ensure smooth daily operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Evaluate the effectiveness of incentive policies based on the agencies' performance; Iterate policies for optimization and promote the growth of core indicators and the achievement of goals;

- Align with business objectives, conduct analysis of the agencies operation in-depth, locate key issues and areas for improvements, propose solutions accordingly and ensure the quality of execution; provide necessary daily operational support to enable and enhance agency's capabilities;

- Continuously work with cross-functional teams to improve agency creators' content quality and monetization capabilities, drive agency's compliant and sustainable operation;

- Continuously work with cross-functional teams to improve and iterate agency management tools to achieve better agency management efficiency.

Job Duties

• Develop comprehensive and precise cost estimates for projects.
• Analyse project specifications and drawings to prepare estimates.
• Collaborate with project managers and engineers to gather necessary information.
• Update monthly project progress data on an on-going basis.
• Provide accurate inputs to supervisor for preparation of monthly progress claims to the client; Create draft claims documents as directed by supervisor.
• Create draft agreements for sub-contracted work and seek approval from supervisor.
• Produce and maintain month-end cost-to-date and forecast costs for sub-contractors.
• Highlight deviations from plan to supervisor for subsequent action planning and corrective action.
• Conduct site visits to verify accuracy of sub-contractor claims for cost variations, etc.
• Respond to correspondence received from sub-contractors in a timely manner in line with sub-contract requirements.
• Seek support from supervisor and/or project teams as required.
• Raise invoices for all surplus/demolished materials sold, in a timely manner.
• Follow up for timely receipt of payment from buyers of surplus/demolished material.

Job Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Quantitative Surveying or related area
• More than 7 years of relevant experience with main contractors in Singapore's construction industry
• Prior experience with LTA projects will be an added advantage
• Good communications skills and a team player

· Ability to work independently as well as collaborate in a team environment
