The Inventory Executive oversees all inventory movement and management, as well as the monitoring of stock level to ensure timely replenishment of goods.
Key Responsibilities
▪ Maintain inventory stock lists and update regularly.
▪ Ensuring items and quantity for deduction and posting in the system is accurate.
▪ Conduct Weekly / Monthly Cycle inventory counts, reconciliation and resolving any discrepancies to ensure the data base are accurate of count results.
▪ Provide Product Ageing Status with regular updates to the Management Team.
▪ Monitor and maintain Internal controls to ensure compliance with Company policies and procedures.
▪ Execute other ad-hoc duties as required.
Key Requirement
▪ Degree / Diploma in related field.
▪ Computer-literacy
▪ Strong knowledge of inventory accounting principles and concepts.
▪ Ability to work in cold room on ad-hoc basis (for instance, for checks, stock-take), as required.
▪ Two years of relevant work experience in inventory is advantageous.
▪ Preferred candidate with Meat Knowledges or relevant.
▪ Work place: Boonlay, 5.5-day work week. 730am – 430pm / 730am – 1130am
