• Update job status and assist in tabulating, on a monthly basis, the amount of printing carried out using the machines supplied by the vendor.
• Perform regular checks to ensure school’s printing machines are functional and support on the operational needs as required.
• Perform scanning, laminating, binding and finishing operations.

Qualifications:

• Able to speak and read simple English, operate photocopying machine.
• Minimum PSLE or equivalent certificate
• Preferably 2 years working experience in receptionist work
• Physically fit, meticulous, independent, efficient and pro-active.
• Good interpersonal skills and team player
• Basic PC skills (using of email and update excel spreadsheet)

• No Exp Welcome
• Able to handle high volume of hands on printing duties
• 3 Months Contract - Might be Extended or Converted

Job Scope:

• Printing of personalised cards accordingly to production schedule
• QC
• Basic equipment maintenance
• Picking and packing for delivery
• Basic admin works

Requirements:

• Possess a GCE ‘N’ levels or above
• Able to handle high volume of manual printing works
• Proficient in MS Office (Words & Excel)
• Good interpersonal & communications skills
• Flexible & able to multi-task well
• Able to commence work immediately or with short notice
