Responsibilities

• Assists the Head Chef in carrying out all aspects of the kitchen’s day-to-day operations that precludes the management of food hygiene and safety, enforcing performance and quality standards, and monitoring to ensure attainment of these goals

System Support and Operations:

• Provide support for ECCareSuite, IngoT, InterRAI, Navision and other application systems.

• To report any accidents, damage or maintenance needed to the officer-in-charge as soon as possible.

• Maintain cleanliness in the general office, assist with uniform stock taking, proper disposal of old documents. Assist with half yearly disposal of broken furniture/computers, etc.
