As an Intern, Transport Administration at the World Aquatics Championships 2025 (‘WCH’), you are supporting the Deputy Director and the transportation team. Your responsibilities include transport administration and liaison with various stakeholders, with a focus on ensuring quality, efficient, integrated and seamless transport service during WCH 2025.
In this role, You will,
• Perform daily administrative tasks such as data extraction, mapping of data, calendar scheduling etc..
• Liase with vendor, transport desk and/or transport liaison officer on transport planning and/or activation
• Assist with the briefing or training of transport volunteers.
• Assist to coordinate, schedule and/or book for transport services
• Assist with the creation of Transport Handbook.
• Prepare slides required for meetings and presentations.
• Observe PDPA regulations when handling all persona data.
• Support the knowledge management after games-time

In addition, an ideal candidate should possess the following:
• Previous experience in transport or event management or logistics and supply chain management.
• Knowledge of relevant software such as MS Teams, OneDrive and Sharepoint.
• Current student studying Nitec/WSDip/Diploma/Degree in Logistics and Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Event Management or a related field.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Strong ability to write and engage with stakeholders.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment under minimal supervision.
• Familiarity with the transport operations is an advantage.
• Flexibility to work irregular hours and travel as needed before and during the event, including weekends and public holidays during pre-games or games-time.
