The Courage Chapter has been engaged to conduct for a search for a Fundraising and Events Manager/Senior Manager for our client, a Non-Governmental Organisation.

ABOUT THE ROLE

The Fundraising and Public Relations Manager/Senior Manager is a key contributor in achieving the annual fundraising target that enables the organisation’s overall goals to be met. The role helps to ensure that the organisation has a steady stream of revenue

generation initiatives including but not limited to fundraising events, online campaigns and grant writing. This role is expected to develop and implement fundraising strategies that are aligned to the organisation’s goals and objectives, working closely with the Executive Director to ensure that existing and new programmes are funded properly. This role shall also be expected to represent organisation at engagement sessions and build strong corporate partnerships. As part of the management team, this role shall also support Fundraising Committee meetings and take collective ownership for the successful management of the organization.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Fundraising & Donor Management

● Expand and grow the donor base including foundations, corporate donors, government grants and individual donors through leads generation, grant writing, relationship building and engagement in support of fundraising strategy defined in the year

● Pipeline management and timely and accurate updates of donors’ giving records in Salesforce system and/or any other systems as required

● Manage fundraising campaigns and events with the view to build long-term partnerships with individuals and corporates, and potential long-term volunteering relationships with corporate staff members

● Manage donor relationships including providing accurate and timely grant reporting, engagement of funders in CSR activities, donor appreciation etc

● Work closely with operations to develop effective pitches to raise funds, educating funders on impact funding

● Work closely with Executive Director and Finance to ensure that all restricted and non-restricted funds meet statutory requirements and organisational needs, including and not limited to Charities Act, AML and ATF

● Work closely with Finance and Accounts to ensure quotations, invoicing and tax deductible receipts are done in accordance to governance and compliance requirements

● Oversee the development of all Memorandum of Understanding (MOUs) with corporates and businesses that have expressed interest in raising funds for organisation

Public Relations and Events Management

● Work closely with the Communications team (manager/executive/agencies) and operations team in driving fundraising and communication activities to reach out to “cold

markets” and keep engagement strong with current donor base

● Strengthen donor relationship management by planning appreciation gestures including corporate mixers, appreciation luncheons, any event management and relationship building efforts with donors

● Represent organisation as a spokesperson at corporate, networking and fundraising events, social media and media engagements to advance company’s mission

● Engage corporates in poverty sensitization workshops and achieve the targeted number of paid engagements in the year

● Plan and execute annual fundraising and public events including International Women’s Day, Mother’s Day Carnival, Gala and Golf Fundraiser

General/Management

● Build capabilities in fundraising, donor and event management of the Fundraising team

● Highlight new or changing operational needs that require manpower, budgetary and strategic provisions to Head of Fundraising and Public Relations

● Establish good working relationships and collaborative arrangements with the team internally and relevant external stakeholders to help achieve the goals of the organization

● Manage fundraising expense budget in accordance with charity regulations

● Oversee the performance reviews, training and upskilling of existing staff within the team in order that they would be able to fulfill their roles outlined in their job descriptions

● Analyse and report fundraising insights from existing fundraising initiatives

● Drive development and improvement of processes related to fundraising and impact reporting so that efficiency and productivity gains can be attained

● Supporting Head of Fundraising and Public Relations in reporting to the Fundraising Committee when required

JOB REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS

• Singaporean or PR
• Degree in BBA or at least 5 years of relevant work experience in BDM, RM and/or marketing roles

PREFERRED SKILLS & COMPETENCIES

• Passion to work in social service sector
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, CRM systems, Canva and Google Slides
• Strong spoken and written communication and presentation skills

· Support Sales Team in orders processing i.e. purchase orders, sales orders, delivery orders etc.

Job Summary:

We are seeking Technical Lead /Production support specialist with over 15+ years of proven experience in banking domain with at least 5-year experience in production support, managing large application across multiple countries.

The ideal candidate should have strong Corporate Transaction Banking knowledge, specialised in Receivables & Payables domain knowledge along with Java frontend and backend Technologies expertise & Oracle Database’s in-depth knowledge to manage complex application in banking environments.

This role requires a deep understanding and knowledge of APAC Country specific direct debits/inward direct credit and ACH channels like G3, CNAPS, MEPS, NACH, BECS, NZ SBI to name a few.

Strong problem solving as well as Analytical skill.

Excellent interpersonal skill, effectively communicate with end users, product team and tech partners.

Technology Skills:

Ø Should have experience in Web Application projects using Struts2, Spring MVC, Hibernate/MyBatis, Spring Boot and EJB.

Ø Must have experience in Frontend technologies such as ReactJS, Angular, NodeJS, Vue.js, HTML, CSS, JavaScript and jQuery.

Ø Should have experience in In-Memory Data Grid (Oracle Coherence) as distributed computing architecture and must know CoHQL.

Ø Should have experience in Java Microservices Architecture (Webservice/REST) frameworks, GraphQL including its data interchange format/definition such as XML, JSON and WSDL.

Ø Familiarity with API authentication mechanisms such as OAuth2, JWT, and Basic Auth.

Ø Should have hands-on experience in IBM MQ, RabbitMQ, TIBCO and Apache Kafka for message and event-driven architectures.

Key Responsibilities:

Process Engineer (Lithography) is responsible for development and establishment of production process.

Responsibilities

• Review and accept machine buyoff, setup pilot line process and transfer from pilot line to production line.
• Establish, review and update specifications, workflow, quality and safety related documentation for production line.
• Troubleshoot process issue and improve process capabilities, yield and cycle time from customer NPI stage to LVM/HVM stage.
• Process sustaining and control through SPC and periodic defect Pareto Analysis.
• Lead and drive SPC control towards zero defects. Review and update FMEA, Control plan OCAP with cross-functional teams.
• Coordinate and liaise with vendor/suppliers on process issue or quality issue.
• Support customer NPI activities and internal engineering activities.
• New material, process & machine development and qualification.
• Handle and manage customer audits and 8D reports.
• Provide disposition for engineering and production lots.
• Conduct process characterization and qualification to establish process baseline.

Requirement

• Minimum bachelor’s degree in Materials Science, Microelectronics, Chemical Engineering or relevant disciplines
• Minimum 3 years hands-on process experience in Lithography process
• Experience working in Wafer-level Fanout packaging production line or LCD/FPD production line preferred
• Knowledge in process engineering, process control engineering and yield enhancement
• Experience in SPC, DOE, FEMA, and 8D reports
