Review the inspection history to summarize the integrity status of the plant equipment and piping systems.

· Perform the scoping work and prepare the job pack for process piping and in-service equipment based on engineering assessment and annual inspection plan.

· Plan and carry out fixed equipment/piping inspection via on-stream risk-based monitoring programs and downtime inspection activities including corrosion under Insulation (CUI) and corrosion under pipe support (CUP) on process piping and equipment according to annual maintenance plan

Primary responsibilities:

• Participate in projects for customers as a Lead EMVCo/Visa/Mastercard Evaluator to be responsible for the technical and/or methodological quality of projects.

Specific responsibilities:

• Participate in projects for SGS Brightsight customers as a Lead EMVCo/Visa/Mastercard Evaluator.
• Evaluate payment related products for different customers with in-depth understanding of the total field of EMVCo/Visa/Mastercard and the causes of security demands in evaluation methods.
• Responsible for the technical and/or methodological quality of projects.
• Represent SGS Brightsight in the field of EMVCo/Visa/Mastercard to customers and during conferences and events.

Requirements:

This position is responsible for performing high-pressure water blasting to clean OCTG (Oil Country Tubular Goods) products and equipment, while assisting with material handling using a forklift and side-loader as needed. This role requires focus on safety, attention to detail and a working knowledge of basic computer skills including Microsoft Excel and Outlook for documenting and communicating job activities.

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform high-pressure water blasting to remove contaminants such as rust, scale, and residue from OCTG surfaces, ensuring cleanliness meets standards.
• Support the forklift team by assisting with additional material handling tasks, including loading, and unloading trucks as operational needs require.
• Perform routine checks and basic maintenance on water blasting and forklift equipment to ensure safe and reliable operation.
• Perform good housekeeping condition in the workstation and following safety protocols for both water blasting and forklift operations.
• Maintain daily checklist activities, basic maintenance and any issues encountered during operations both in physical records and electronic formats.
