Job Responsibilites

• Prepare Master Program and update progress monthly.
• Prepare Progress forecast of rolling programs and update of resources.
• Resolve any instrumentation issues & recording.
• Coordinate with services department about diversion work and schedule.
• Ensure overall site progress are updated according to schedule.
• Prepare monthly progress report for client/consultants.
• Assist Project Manager in the preparation and submission of verified work done to Quantity Surveyor.
• Any other adhoc duties as assigned by management.

Job Requirements

• Possess a Degree Civil Engineering and above or equivalent.
• At least 5 years of experience in construction planning and programme coordination for railway projects.
• Computer literate with proficiency in planning software such as Microsoft Project, AutoCAD, P6 Primavera.
• Experience in LTA Projects will be advantage.
• Willing to be based at project site office and work 5.5 days.

Skills and Qualification

1. Educational Qualifications

• Master Degree (Preferred):Accounting
  Finance
  Economics
  Business Administration

2. Professional Certifications (Optional but Valuable)

• Certified Accounting Technician (CAT)
• Association of Accounting Technicians (AAT)
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) – Entry-level modules.
• Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA) – Certificate Level.
• QuickBooks Certification (or other accounting software certifications).

3. Technical Skills

• Proficiency in accounting software:QuickBooks, SAP, Xero, Tally, or MYOB.
  
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel:Functions like VLOOKUP, PivotTables, and data analysis.
  
• Understanding of accounting standards and principles (GAAP/IFRS).

4. Experience

• 1-2 years of experience in basic accounting functions.
• Exposure to bookkeeping, accounts reconciliation, and payroll tasks is often an advantage.

Job Description:

• Quantity measurement of the following trades:

- Structural works.

- Piping works.

- Electrical and instrumentation works.

- Mechanical and equipment works.

• Reconcile MTO with the client.
• Monitoring changes on-site with production teams. It could be identified in the following:

- Design drawing changes.

- Site instruction from Client.

- Job Confirmation Sheet from client.
