1. At least GCE “O” levels or SPM

2. At least 1-2 years working experience in Customer Service or Sales experience in handling overseas customers and feels comfortable talking to them over the phone

3. Pleasant personality and Customer Service oriented

4. Able to work independently as well as in a team

5. Good communication skills

6. Bilingual in English and Mandarin

7. Proficient in MS Excel (MS Powerpoint a plus)

Good to have: Tech-savvy (Ability to quickly learn new tools and adapt to the fast-paced nature of the digital commerce industry)
