The Project Engineer (Mechanical) is responsible for managing the installation of air-conditioning and mechanical ventilation (ACMV) system in buildings.

This role involves leading a team of competent supervisors and skilled workers in procuring materials, equipment and manpower, coordinating with stakeholders, installation of the ACMV system as well as conduct of testing and commissioning of the ACMV system.

As the Maintenance Engineer, you will be based in the Singapore Data Center and report to the Mechanical Engineer. You will be responsible for preventive maintenance program and schedule. You will work closely with departments such as Network, Security and Facilities to ensure all equipment is running smoothly and with minimal downtime. • Ensure that all maintenance activities comply with industry standards, manufacturer recommendations, and regulatory requirements, such as OSHA, NFPA, and EPA
• Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities, including equipment histories, work orders, and maintenance logs
• Participate in incident response and disaster recovery activities

Qualities You Should Have

• Bachelor / Diploma in Electrical/ Mechanical Engineering or Building Services
• Minimum 1-3 years of relevant experience in critical facility maintenance and operations in a corporate environment
• Strong knowledge of critical facility equipment and systems, including HVAC, electrical, and mechanical systems
