This role requires a proactive individual who will support planning, implementing our marketing campaigns, can work closely with our KOLs and collaborate across teams. Marketing Executive

Responsibilities:

- Support and execute marketing programs, retail promotions , email marketing , social media planning and posting, consumer events / sponsorship and partnership collaborations to help achieve business objectives

- Work closely with internal team to execute marketing strategies and digital content. Create content, prepare collaterals, videos/reels and advertisement posts.

- Assist in adaptation, production and updating of in-store and digital marketing and branding assets.

- Coordinate and execute KOLs programs / partnerships that drive brand awareness and conversions

- Manage content calendar that includes social media posts , email newsletters, and other content supporting marketing campaigns and brand story telling

- Assist in executing membership marketing (CRM) activities for growth and retention.

Requirements:

- Degree/Diploma with at least 3 years’ experience

- Proficient in Photoshop/Illustrator

- Meticulous, adaptable , creative thinker who is able to work independently in a fast paced environment

- Strong project management and planning skills

- Good writing skills

- Result-driven and able to work under pressure

As a Desktop Support Engineer at Igus Singapore, your role involves providing technical assistance to IT users. You troubleshoot issues related to desktops, laptops, and peripherals, ensuring system uptime. Additionally, you assist users with training and maintain documentation of support requests and resolutions.

Responsibilities:

Daily maintenance of IT equipment:

1. Maintenance, Updates and Patches

• Participate in daily IT system maintenance, manage user equipment according to IT regulations, perform preventive maintenance to minimize failure rate.
• Manage the server room according to IT regulations, conduct daily inspection and monitoring, keep the server room clean and free from damage.

2. Assets (& vendor) Management

• Purchase software and hardware according to requirements, maintain IT asset list, and record the status of the company's hardware and software utilization.

3. Performance Monitoring

• Monitor various IT system Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and report any anomalies to the business specialists
• Maintain IT infrastructure documentation (system documentation, system setup, hardware and software purchases, licenses, contracts, agreements)

Provide User Support:

1. Provide hardware and software installation services based on user requirements and approval from

supervisors

2. Provide level 1 support and training to coworkers on IT related matters

3. Escalate issues to business specialists (level 2/3) or the global IT team (level 3) according to predefined

processes

Supports daily backup, restore and disaster recovery:

1. Support the IT infrastructure team in the implementation of the disaster recovery plan and regular testing of all

aspects of the plan (e.g., data backups).

Other miscellaneous tasks as assigned by Asia IT Management.

Requirements:

The successful candidate will be expected to possess and display the following skills, knowledge and attributes in order to excel in the role:

• Degree/Diploma in Information Technology/Computing or an appropriate related field or discipline with a minimum three (3) year relevant work experience in technical role.
• Knowledge of Microsoft productivity tool suite such as MS Office, MS Project, MS Visio
• Knowledge of Microsoft Windows client-side operating systems and familiarity with the server-side
• Knowledge of IT networking (Cisco, Dell, switches, routing and firewalls, etc.)
• Knowledge of the use of IT security tools (anti-virus software, security
• People-oriented: able to work with a wide range of users
• Adaptable to work under pressure: able to continue to execute and deliver under short deadlines and challenging situations

Operations Management:

· Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficient execution of tasks across departments to maintain smooth business functions.

· Liaise closely with the Sales team to ensure alignment with product delivery strategies and customer needs.

· Assist the Regulatory Department in preparing for internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with required standards.

· Issue invoices, airway bills, and assist with packing and labeling of products for delivery.

· Provide logistical and administrative support, including the preparation of internal and external audits.

· Help build and improve resilient internal processes to support rapid scaling and operational growth.

· Coordinate internal resources and assist various teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and meet the company's standards.

· Provide administrative support to ensure all marketing and operational initiatives are executed seamlessly.

Marketing Support & Content Development:

· Assist in the creation and development of engaging marketing materials, such as product brochures, press releases, and digital content for social media.

· Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activities, offering insights to inform marketing strategies.

· Develop innovative marketing ideas to promote EyRIS products and services, reaching new clients and partners.

· Respond to customer inquiries through email and social media platforms, ensuring professional and timely communication.

Event Representation & Global Branding:

· Represent EyRIS at international events, exhibitions, and conferences, promoting our innovative solutions to a global audience.

· Support the Marketing team in planning and executing promotional activities that boost brand awareness and client engagement.

Administrative & Operational Efficiency:

· Perform any other additional ad hoc duties as assigned.
