Description

• Act as front-liner providing excellent customer service to both internal and external parties at all times
• Perform contract renewal, customer retention and contract termination
• Achieve Contract Renewal targets set by the company
• Professionally handle incoming requests from customers and ensure that issues are resolved both promptly and thoroughly
• Efficiently gather customer information, access and fulfill customer needs, educate the customer where applicable to prevent the need for future contacts and document interactions through contact tracking
• Provide quality service and support in a variety of areas including but not limited to: billing, placing print orders and system troubleshooting
• Maintain a balance between company policy and customer benefit in decision making. Handles issues in the best interest of both customer and company
• Continuously evaluate and identify opportunities to drive process improvements that positively impact the customer’s experience. (mainly to gather feedback, attend to customer queries and schedule appointments)
• Responsible for compiling and generating reports as they relate to customer service surveys
• Generate and maintain report and Certificates
• Assist in resolving daily operation issues and adhoc

Requirements

• At least a Diploma and above
• Candidates without Diploma but with relevant experience will be considered
• Preferably with minimum 2 years of relevant experience
• Candidates with Face to Face Sales/Retention or Customer Service experience will have an added advantage
• Willing to travel to customer site during working hours
• Familiar with Microsoft Office Applications (Excel, Word, Powerpoint)

a. Corporate Services system support: Design, build and maintain scalable, secure web services and distributed systems

b. Design and develop robust system for processes and market data-gathering, authentication and security

d. Help maintain existing codebase, infrastructure, test coverage, and documentation

e. Communicate requirements effectively within and across teams

f. Work with teams across product, engineering, and QA to drive your solution from development to production

Requirements and Skills:

a. 7+ years of engineering experience, ideally building products from ideation to launch with a strong engineering team

b. Professional experience with Python, Javascript, Typescript, or Go

c. Working knowledge of Django, FastAPI, or React.js and Redux

d. Experience monitoring and scaling microservice-oriented systems

e. Experience building and/or integrating with RESTful APIs

f. Familiarity with websocket architecture and implementation

g. Experience working with cloud-native AWS infrastructure and/or Kubernetes

h. Team-building and technical leadership experience

i. Being nimble and reacting quickly to changing business conditions

j. B.S. in Computer Science or a related field (M.S. a plus)

JOB SCOPE:

Roles & Responsibilities

1) Work closely with Business Units and IT partners in business requirement gathering, solution/functional review and ensure the end-to-end system & process delivery and testing
2) Implement and support digital customer journeys to further improve both customer and employee experience in bank
3) Work with regional country and functional teams to design, re-engineer the process, as well as implement operation solutions
4) Ensure the smooth operational rollout

Job roles and responsibilities
1) Re-engineer the end-to-end process, analyse and review operations solutions
2) Implement automation agenda to transform consumer banking operations
3) To conduct requirement gathering workshop, Review and documenting requirements artefacts
4) To review functional specifications and process define documents
5) Coordinate and ensures UAT test plans and test case are executed within UAT schedule
6) Post-production support, production issues review and track them to closure
7) Work closely with regional teams and country teams to ensure timely delivery of project

Skillsets (Good to have)

At least 1 year experience in systems development and / or business process improvement initiatives. Preferably with project life cycle experience in Financial Services Industry in the following areas:
1. Consumer Banking Operations
2. Customer Centre
3. Wealth / Loan / CASA product knowledge
4. Education : Bachelor / Diploma Degree holder
