(A ) JOB SUMMARY

(B) PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

5. During discharge, work with BO and PSC to ensure that non-covered amount such as companion charges, foreign insurers admin fee, room difference (if any) is collected before patient’s leave the hospital otherwise to ensure some preauthorization is obtained before the patient leave the hospital.
6. Work with PSC and BO staff to manage sending the final bill with interim LOG to the insurer including the discharge summary.
7. To assist insurers/medical concierge on requests for reports, bills, discharge summary, etc to facilitate them to process the bills.
8. Final LOG will be provided by insurers /medical concierge and to forward it to BO AR team to send final bill to them
9. Process patients' refund through cheques and credit cards in a timely manner.
10. Ensure timely and accurate billing for submission to relevant authorities for Medisave / Medishield claims
11. Check ledger to ensure the accuracy in billing including Letter of Certification.

Web Developer Intern Roles and Responsibilities:

• Improve & automate company's business process through creation of new PHP web applications & improvement of existing code.
• Review of company's existing process systems to improve UI/UX for both internal and external users.
• Be involved in improvement of company's iOS & Android application
• Connecting SQL Databases to developed web applications
• Review and improve company's current cronjobs and APIs for both internal and external software.
• Ensure that new projects are moved from development phase to production phase smoothly, and are both desktop & mobile friendly.
• Spearhead development of new landing pages for company's website on WordPress platform, with usage of HTML & CSS code involved.
• Modify and improve current landing pages for company's website, with the addition of new functionalities.
• Data mining of websites and database for information to be used in company's IT projects.

Learning Outcomes & Objectives:

• Intern will be exposed to the movement of IT projects from development phase to production phase in a systematic & meticulous manner.
• Intern will have the first-hand experience of building code which can be translated into real-world business usage, to solve actual business problems.
• Intern will learn how to manage expectations of different stakeholders, in particular balancing between "design wants" of the company and limitations of existing web platforms.
• Intern will gain valuable first-hand experience of developing mobile applications, as well as creating new website landing pages from scratch in a professional setting.
• Intern will gain insights on mining data content and using it for real-life application purposes.
• Intern will be able to review and suggest opinions on how certain UI/UX interfaces of the company can be improved, and carry out plans for improvement.
• Intern will also be able to review codes and script written by previous developers; learning from examples and improvement on existing code.
• Intern will also have access to a "senior developer" who will be able to answer queries & troubleshoot whever necessary

Requirements:

• Has to be a current University Undergraduate in a computing-related course
• Possess some previous experience with website designing / programming
• Proficient with PHP, Javascript, HTML, CSS, Languages
• A good team player who is able to communicate effectively with various internal and external stakeholders
• Ability to think critically and be able to suggest possible improvements to existing company software systems
• Possess adequate problem-solving skills to tackle day-to-day issues independently

• Handle project coordination and responsible for all works in designated projects.
• Responsible in overseeing the overall site progress to ensure the structural, architectural and MEP works of the project team and sub-contractors are in compliance to the defined standards and Safety regulations.
• Plan and advise the construction foreman on sequencing and arrangement of work.
• Provide regular reports to the Management on the progress of overall works in assigned projects.
• Attend technical meeting/site meetings with consultants, and provide technical solutions.
• Ensure the site works are carried out according to specifications / drawings.

Requirements:

• Min Diploma in Civil Engineering/ Architectural and/ or relevant fields.
• At least 3 year(s) of working experience as project coordinator in maincon companies.
• Well-versed in the operations, coordination and details for architectural, structural and M&E field works.
• Strong leadership to monitor Coordinators and Foremen for the works executed.
• Bilingual in English & Mandarin in order to communicate with Chinese speaking counterparts.

Job Responsibilities:

• Construct 3D BIM models and work closely with project teams on drawings.
• Produce civil and architectural 3D model drawings, design works and calculations.
• Provide BIM modeling/CAD drafting and design support.
• Coordinate and manage BIM model, create Revit families and CAD blocks.
• Obtain work assignments of either specific design elements or CAD drafting from project managers and engineers.
• Ensure the completion of BIM projects in accordance to project requirements and in compliance with authorities’ guidelines.
• Review all work for completeness and accuracy.
• Manage workflows, processes and implementation of BIM projects.
• Knowledge in BIM responsibilities.
• Maintain and perform document control.
• Any other responsibilities as assigned.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years experience in construction sector.
• Minimum 2 years knowledge of BIM and submission standards, hands-on experience for BIM projects.
• Able to multi-task, work independently, proactive with positive attitude.
• Bilingual in English & Mandarin in order to communicate with Chinese speaking counterparts.
