The department is Asset Management. This department is primarily responsible for the management of the operational PBSA properties in Australia, the focus of the department is centred on 4 main objectives, providing our residents an unforgettable journey in our property, budget management, operator management and lastly improving and preserving the value of the property.

Designation and Reporting

The department you will be in is the Asset Management department which is currently split into 2 teams by geographies. Your designation is Associate, Asset Management, and you will report directly to the team head. You will be based in Singapore but are expected to travel to Australia regularly and whenever required. You will be required to work closely with all other departments within the Company as well as our PBSA operator(s) in Australia.

Job Description

a) Report to the Project Manager. Responsible for the EHS systems and implementations.

b) The detailed duties and responsibilities includes but not limited to the following:

i) Assist and advise the Project Manager on EHS planning for overall project scope and detailed activities.

ii) Study and fully understand the requirements of company ISO, EHS and sub-contracts agreements.

iii) Liaise, handle and keep proper records in dealing with all related authorities in complying with their respective requirements.

iv) Conduct regular site audits to ensure compliance with EHS requirements. He is authorized to take necessary actions including issuance of partial stop work order as he and the Project Manager deem fit.

QA Associate

The QA Associate coordinates and conducts activities of the Quality Assurance Department to provide overall site function support included manufacturing floor support and ensure quality oversight throughout the facility's operational hours for all ongoing GMP activities.

Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Participate in setting up and maintaining of Quality Assurance documentation.
• Responsible for briefing relevant Facilities/Engineering/Supply Chain and Quality Control personnel on cGMP and hygiene procedures required for entering the dispensing and production areas.
• Writing, reviewing and/or approving QA-controlled documentation (such as SOPs, batch records, and work instructions).
• Writing and issuing SOPs for site qualification and validation projects as needed, example technology transfer project.
• Preparing manufacturing final batch release documentation, reviewing and approving related final batch records and ensure timely closure of manufactured batches.
• Reviewing and approving routine facilities/utilities/equipment, computerized systems scheduled maintenance/calibration records to ensure cGMP compliance.

• Participate and provide QA input for Facilities/Engineering Qualifications, Processes Validation, and Computerized System Validations to comply with cGMP requirements.

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

1. Bachelor’s Degree.
2. More than 3 years of experience in a Bio-Life science environment. GMP experience is advantageous.
3. Working understanding of GLP-Lab/GMP Operations, QC, QA, Process Development, Supply Chain, and related functions such as Facilities/Engineering.
4. Strong knowledge and understanding of Quality System functions, manufacturing/packaging processes, validation, engineering drawings, and basic statistical processes.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop targeted new key account relationships and drive revenue growth.
• Consult customers marketing needs and provide value-based customer-focused solutions to meet their business goals.
• Liaise with marketing teams to devise and implement sales campaigns
• Manage sales pipeline and provide accurate and timely reports.
• Build and grow your knowledge of the industry, customer, and developments in the Beer and F&B sector to maximise on potential opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with our customers.
• Improve retention and growth of existing business.

• Minimum 4 - 5 years of proven sales track record within B2C events.
• Established relationship with food, beer, winery or alcohol industry.
• A proven record of negotiating and securing new business.
• Personal drive, ambition, and enthusiasm for sales with a proven ability to beat targets.
• Excellent interpersonal, written and spoken communication skills.
• Meticulous, detailed, resourceful, independent and a good team player.

We are looking for a compassionate and enthusiastic team player to join us as an Assistant Programme Executive at Senior Activity Centre @ Whampoa Dew. The Assistant Programme Executive assists with the centre activities and clients at the centre

- Plan and prepare monthly activities schedule for clients.

- Engage with the clients during the activities.

- Pack and distribute food ration packages.

- Assess clients’ need and make necessary referrals to appropriate agencies and/or various care services.

- Manage and maintain all necessary documentations and paperwork of clients’ data and centre activities.

- Maintain the general cleanliness of the centre.

- Assist the centre manager on any other ad-hoc duties.

Working Hours:

Monday to Friday : 8:00AM – 5:00PM
Saturday/Sunday : Minimum 2 Saturdays or Sundays
