Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Dietetics, Nutrition, Food Science, or a related field
• Accreditation as a Dietitian in Singapore (e.g., Singapore Nutrition & Dietetics Association)
• Experience and proficiency in dietary meal and recipe planning for elderly people with health conditions e.g. soft diets, diabetic friendly diets
• Experience and proficiency in applying the IDDSI framework to recipe planning and production, and working with Low Glycemic Index (GI) foods.
• Attention to detail to ensure compliance with nutritional and regulatory standards
• Strong communication skills to collaborate with internal teams and engage with customers

Training and Education
