• Responsible for site activities, coordination and supervision works related to engineering and systems design.
• Coordinate with clients, architects, sub-contractors, and other relevant authorities Plan and ensure M&E works are completed in line with Master Programme and micro-schedule.
• Monitor and ensure all M&E works are carried out in accordance with drawings, specifications and Authority codes. Handle any other ad-hoc duties and tasks assigned.

Requirements

• Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering recognised by Singapore
• Professional Engineers Board (PEB) in Civil Engineering or equivalent with 3 to 5 years of working experience in the construction industry.
• Required Skill(s): Autocad, Microsoft Office

Job Scope:

• Coordinate all architectural drawings and oversee all architectural finished work on-site.
• Manage the transmission of documents and drawings to the client and subcontractor to ensure the updated drawings are issued.
• Prepare method of statement and work procedure
• Conduct weekly or monthly meeting with sub-contractors to update progress of work
• Oversee drawing management and control of technical documentation
• Manage procurement of resources, monitor and control material usage on site to avoid unnecessary wastage or wrongly usage.
• Assist the Project Manager or Senior Project Engineer in co-ordination with consultants on change order issued.
• Liaise with architect, design consultant and sub-contractors on technical issues.
• Carry out material receiving inspection and maintaining material record.
• Prepare daily and monthly progress report, perform and maintain inspection record.
• Any other duties assigned

Requirements:

• Experience with CAD Drafting
• AutoCAD knowledge

• Coordinating efforts for permit applications and ensuring all permits are obtained and kept up to date.
• Overseeing the ordering and delivery of materials, ensuring they arrive on time and are allocated correctly.
• Maintaining and updating project databases and records, including contracts, change orders, and project schedules.

Requirements:

• Relevant Diploma/Degree in Electrical Engineering from a recognised Polytechnic
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, AutoCAD and project planning related software are required to prepare for proposal, reports and logs
• Possess knowledge in project management tools, solutions, and techniques highly desirable
• Possess safety awareness at all times
