The Room Attendant is responsible for the cleanliness and orderly presentation of rooms to create a positive impression for guests. He/She performs cleaning, replenishes amenities and supplies as well as checks and reports items in need of maintenance or replacement.

Responsibilites:

• Perform cleaning activities in rooms
• Replenish amenities and supplies in rooms
• Inspect rooms to report defects and missing items
• Report and turn over lost and found items
• Restock and maintain cleanliness of cleaning carts

Working Hour/ Location:

• 1 rest day per week
• Shift pattern (AM: 8.30am-4.30pm; PM: 3.00pm-11.00pm; MN: 11.00pm-7.00am)
• Subject to respective hotel operations, may only performing minimal afternoon and midnight shift
