Job Summary:

We are seeking a talented and motivated Mechanical Engineer with expertise in Building Information Modelling (BIM) to join our engineering team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the design, coordination, and implementation of mechanical systems in building projects using BIM tools. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, ensuring that the mechanical systems are efficiently integrated into the overall project design, from concept through to completion.

• Tabulate service staffs’ working hours for salary and job costing.
• Manage costing and revenue recognition, need to have good understanding of accounting for repair and commissioning jobs.
• Tabulate cost reports to reflect actual costs against project estimates.
• Compute and maintain labour recovery rates and report on variances.
• Review the project and service ‘work in progress’, ensuring no long outstanding ‘work in progress’
• Assist to prepare and file GST/VAT and corporate income Tax returns.
• Able to liaise with key internal and external stakeholders including auditors, corporate secretary, contractors.

Requirements

• At least a degree in Accounting and Finance.
• At least 5 -7 years of accounting experience.
• Financial accounting and system implementation experience preferred.
• Competency in MS office Excel, Word and Power point.
• Possess integrity and ability to exercise discretion in confidential matters.
• Ability to multi-task and work in fast paced environment and under tight deadlines
• Candidates with experience in within manufacturing / marine domains an added advantage.

Outreach

Plan, execute and evaluate outreach programs for the community ( e.g. mental health outreach, preventive and developmental programmes/workshops in schools and the community etc)

Case Management

1. Conduct mental health screening, risk and needs assessments by taking into account the integration of a range of information, which includes appropriate administration of mental health assessment tools and other relevant frameworks
2. Create, implement and review case plans which are reflective of proper case assessment/ conceptualization and intervention
3. Conduct Basic Emotional Support for clients.

Groupwork

1. Plan and facilitate group interventions independently, which includes facilitating case conferences with significant others and relevant partners.
2. Evaluate and review group interventions for the improvement of programme/s

Professional Practice

1. Demonstrate professional practice and role in accordance to the organization's vision, mission and best practice standards of the sector, which include ethical, reflexive and collaborative practice

Processing of payments

Processing of AP invoices

Maintenance of listings/schedules

Preparation of accrual listing for month end closing

b) Accounts receivable:

Processing of AR invoices based on QS request.

Update Accounts Summary report and email to Management

Prepare AR Aging report and email to Management.

Process receipt entries in AutoCount upon receipt of payments from clients

Send out payment reminders to clients with invoices coming to due soon/overdue.

Perform month end closing reclassification and revaluation.

c) Other:

Perform bank reconciliation.

Assist in annual audit.

JOBS REQUIREMENT:

Diploma in Accountancy / related- qualification

No need experience in full set of accounts, AP/AR exp will do

Job Description:

• Assist in the day-to-day administrative operations
• Perform registration such as keying in of patients’ data and register in system
• Respond to queries through emails and calls
• Perform general administrative duties, such as data entry, preparation of documents and filing
• Any other administrative duties assigned

Requirement:

• Prior experience in administrative role related would be preferred
• Basic knowledge of computer literacy
• Good interpersonal skills, a good team player and has good time management skills

Responsibilities:

• Operate a lorry crane for the lifting and delivery of goods to designated locations.
• Ensure the safe loading and unloading of goods from the lorry.
• Perform routine maintenance and upkeep of the lorry, and coordinate vehicle repairs and inspections as needed.
• Utilize navigation apps to find optimal routes and maintain familiarity with various routes.
• Adhere to safety regulations and guidelines.
• Handle any additional tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

• Possess valid Singapore Class 4 Driving License
• Required to pass WSQ Lorry Crane Operator Certificate
• On the job training available
• 2 Years of Relevant Experience Preferred
• Able to work independently
