A Guest Experience Expert works across departments and deliver a wide range of services that guide guests throughout their stay. This is a job rotation role, incumbent to be rotated among 4 sectors (Concierge, Front Desk, Call Centre, Lounge).

Responsibilities (includes but not limited to):

• Concierge: Main duties include overseeing doorman and bellman operations. Provide guests with local attractions and hotel information, assist in transportation.
• Front Desk: Main duties include handling guests’ check in and check out process. Cash/bank handling. Enrolment of rewards programme. Assist in guests' requests.
• Call Centre: Main duties include answering of calls from public, handling general enquires, transferring of calls and handling wake-up calls.
• Lounge: Serving of F&B to VIP guests in lounge. Applicant must be comfortable touching and handling alcohol.

Requirements:

• Minimum qualification of NITEC (Service, hospitality, tourism or related disciplines preferred)
