Job Scope:

• Oversees all marketing communications efforts for new cars and bikes including ongoing tactical communications (e.g. advertisements, targeting), ongoing operational communications (e.g. localised brochures, flyers, spec cards for all models, promotional flyers, SCs selling kits),
• Launch communications (e.g. launch campaigns and materials, SCs’ sales kits), maintain PML and Motorrad digital presence and CRM-related communications (e.g. eDMs, newsletters).
  Media planning & strategizing
• In line with the communication efforts, evaluate and plan media channels to ensure maximum reach and minimal cost for all campaigns. This includes above-the-line media channels such as TV, Newspapers, Magazines, Out-of-Home Billboards, new media such as digital and mobile advertising platforms, and below-the-line channels such as mail drops, partnerships database mining and eDMs.
• Events management & execution (Virtual and Offline)

• Support and follow direction of Resident Chef in order to perform the role with precision and attention to detail in a Pizzeria.
• Demonstrate a positive attitude with a passion and take pride in the role and responsibility.
• Prepare daily mise-en-place.
• Prepare meals / food items accurately as directed and according to recipe, menu specification and expected standard.
• Contribute to effective kitchen operations and exhibit consistent willingness to assist other team members with job duties in addition to assigned tasks.
• Ensure that day-to-day kitchen activities are performed with efficiency while displaying the strong ability to multi task.
• Adhere to all standards for food hygiene, presentation, production and portioning.
• Monitor the production of food items to ensure compliance with prescribed recipes and specifications.
• Maintain standard cleanliness and sanitation in all kitchen areas.
• Minimise food wastage.
• Ensure sufficient stocks in storage and inform superior for replenishment.
• Other job related tasks as and when assigned

Ohana Therapy is a boutique therapy clinic located in the heart of Orchard Road offering speech and language therapy, feeding therapy, occupational therapy, physiotherapy, educational therapy, play therapy, music therapy, and art therapy services. Our team is expanding and we're looking for someone who:

- Has a Bachelors/ Masters Degree in Speech Therapy and full registration with the Allied Health Professions Council

- Has minimum 3 years' experience working as a speech therapist, specialisation in paediatic practice is a bonus

- Must be willing and keen to work with the paedatric population

- Knows their areas of specialty or areas of interest (what sparks joy)

- Has extensive knowledge and exprience working with the neurodivergent population, preferably in a multidisciplinary team

- Is fluent in English with strong report writing skills (fluency in another language is a bonus)

- Enjoys learning and working as a team

- Has completed trainings, or is willing to complete trainings in child-led, non-compliance-based approaches, e.g. DIR Floortime or the Natural Language Acquisition approach

- Is open to either a part-time or full-time position, and a hybrid working model (clinic-based and home-based sessions)

Job Responsibilities:

• The successful candidate will be responsible for the promotion and support of a range of Diagnostic and Life Science Products.
• Managing of existing key account customers and generating additional revenues to ensure business growth.
• Build & maintain excellent relationship with vendors, key account customers and clients respectively.
• Identify new sales account and other business opportunities through strategic sales & marketing plans
• Servicing, troubleshooting, installation, commissioning and maintaining of medical equipment as and when required

Job Requirements:

• Minimum diploma or BSc in Biomedical Engineering or related discipline
• Experience in sales, preferably 1 - 4 years in the Diagnostic/Life Science Products Industry will be advantageous

Job Description:

• Administration - Act as receptionist and first point of call for all visitors to the office. Diary and calendar management. Invoicing and Expenses - account and credit card reconciliation, invoicing and petty cash. Ordering groceries, stationary, office catering supplies & daily lunches and organizing office laundry service. Coordinating courier deliveries and collections and daily post.
• Facilities - Responsible for facilities, maintenance and upkeep of the office. Manage sub-contractors on maintenance, cleaning, security, waste and other soft services. Coordinate services with building management and/or landlord. Oversee maintenance and upkeep of gym equipment.
• HR Administration - maintenance of HR database, new hire and leaver process, holidays and attendance tracking, visa applications, assisting staff with relocations. Managing healthcare and various benefit policies, mobile phone contracts etc.
• Update and communication health & safety manual and procedures.
• Manage travel arrangements for all staff.
• Event Management.

Requirements:

• 5 years of relevant experience
