Key Responsibilities:

SUMMARY

You will be part of the Contracts Team within the Legal and Compliance department and be responsible for the contracts management process for physical coal business, and support for the LNG business if required, for contracts and confirmation notices that cover deals originated in Asia Pacific, Europe and U.S.

THE ROLE

Draft transaction contracts for physical coal deals and if required, the confirmation notices for physical LNG deals to reflect both the commercial terms agreed with our external and internal counterparties and the relevant counterparty agreement, in a fit for purpose format and in accordance with internal guidelines.

Job Overview:

The Lead Technology Delivery Manager is responsible for building a deep understanding of our business within the region and partnering with respective leaders to provide strategic technology guidance, support, and resolution on technology projects, processes and services.
