Key Responsibilities:

• Driving Duties: Safely operate a delivery van, ensuring compliance with all Singapore traffic rules at all times.
• Vehicle Maintenance: Conduct daily checks to ensure the vehicle is in good working condition.
• Loading/Unloading: Assist in loading and unloading materials as needed.
• Team Coordination: Supervise and coordinate other delivery riders/drivers, ensuring efficient operations.
• Schedule Management: Plan and develop work schedules for the delivery team to optimise efficiency.
• Communication: Work collaboratively with team members and communicate effectively to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements:

• Valid Class 3 driving license with a good driving record.
• Minimum of 2 years of driving experience.
• Familiarity with Singapore traffic rules and regulations.
• Previous experience in a management or supervisory role is preferred.
• Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
• Positive attitude, self-motivated, and willing to learn.
• Ability to work well in a team environment.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver Quality Assurance objectives by conducting regular call reviews and highlight any potential risk to management.
• Review closed sales calls per day for General Insurance Team.
• Backup for Auto Insurance for Call Review purposes.
• Promptly report any calls detected with potential quality issues (e.g. misrepresentation, fraudulent) to Management.
• Prepare, track and send Quality Assurance related reports to UOB management and team. (NMD, Service Quality Monthly, Penalty Points Table)
• Keep track on all the status of Quality Assurance Cases from beginning to end process and provide update to management on a timely manner.
• Weekly meeting with management to discuss on discrepancies and solutions for further improvements.
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisor

Requirements:

• Preferably have quality assurance experience and insurance products knowledge.
• Candidate must be able to evaluate and provide feedback calls
• Meticulous and responsible team player.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Able to multi-task.
• Fast Learner and willing to learn on multiple Insurance Products.

Job Description

• Assist to oversee and manage selected outlet’s chief chefs and kitchen staffs
• Assist on recruiting of new staffs for outlets
• Ensure proper SOPs and HACCP standards are carried out
• Maintains food quality and safety standards
• Ensure proper maintenance of the kitchen within each outlet
• Ensure that all activities conform to HACCP & AVA guidelines
• Creation of new dishes at appropriate time

• To undergo trainings for the skill sets of non-supervisory roles to understand and perform the functions
